  1. Cobra R was never sold with a factory warranty, and was a rip off for the money.
  2. Info on Kicker sub/box/amp. Boat needs a sub upgrade as the current one isn't cutting it.
  3. WOW offers 15 down / 2 up...for now. That all digital transition was for more than just some extra HD channels.
  4. You should be seeing 8Mbps down / 1Mbps up on your current WOW package. That said, I've seen many, many times that the wireless router is the bottleneck (going hardwired to the router = proper speeds). What are your ping times with each? I've noticed the cellular data always has very high ping times.
  5. I'd rather my tax money go to NASA than some welfare whore popping out another criminal that will just leach off of society.
  6. 08 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro, with CPO warranty. Can likely be had under that budget. AWD, gets the mileage you want. My wife loves hers - it's not fast by any stretch, but has enough pep to not piss you off at least. Might also consider an 08 Lexus IS250 AWD. Will be at the top of your budget for sure, but they are nice (though slow) cars. 08-09 Cadillac CTS-4. Nice cars, close enough to your fuel economy needs, AWD, should find one in your budget pretty easily.
  7. A lot less boats out this year, though that didn't keep the boat ramp from being clogged up with morons and didn't calm down the excessive chop - the usual. Fireworks weren't as good either, several gaps during the display; I assume they were having issues with it. I also found out the Lake Patrol does not like you driving with your docking lights on. I did see Nick on the water while I was waiting for my buddy to park my truck.
  8. Better add a couple zero's to the end of your yearly income in order to have that lifestyle.
  9. Exactly. Will also likely be cheaper to insure, handle better, brake better, higher top speed, better fuel mileage, and better acceleration than the Mustang as well. Looks better too.
  10. Where is that? We normally launch from the Leibs Island Rd boat ramp. You can come out with us if you want - we will have plenty of room on the boat.
  11. I will be there around 7:30 with the Malibu. Knowing how the tards are on the boat ramp, will be another 45+ minutes before the boat gets in the water.
  12. But do they really help you walk, or is it just a bunch of modifications that doesn't do much for you?
  13. Why not just use Audiogalaxy and not have to upload anything? Stream straight from your PC...it works great.
  14. Since all of these restrictions are in the name of "saving money" (which ends up being BS), and keeping HP down, why not go a route that is more oriented to actually being transfered to vehicles on the street? Such as allowing only street-car type fuels (say a more consistent version of 92 octane, as obviously gas at the pump is too variable for a race car engine), or greener type of fuels? Or make them hit an emissions compliance? Sounds lame for a race car, but IMO gives a far broader array of what motor developers could come up with.
  15. I feel that the loofah issue is low on my list of reasons why shower sex with Brian would the worst. Him having a penis is far higher on my list of concerns.
  16. That chart is such obvious BS it is impossible to take the article seriously.
  17. Gotta watch out for heavy rust on the 914's. Neat cars though.
  18. I prefer this kind of Supra better. http://www.supraboats.com/worldspackage/
  19. Everything online I've found is $550 - $1000+ for a freaking bimini top. It's a bit of canavas, a few small aluminum tubes, and a few straps/fasteners. You'd be hard pressed to convince me there is more than $50 worth of material in these. Anyone make customer ones locally that MOUNTS TO THE TOWER (I hate boat mounted units on boats with towers). Any general idea on price as well, as I'm not going to the effort of dragging my boat around to get it done just to save $50.
  20. This website is not meant for you to learn to use the internet.
  21. Did the transfer today. After dealing with the idiot broad at the BMV who didn't know how to do a simple plate registration transfer ($9.50 and 15 minutes with me having every bit of paperwork you could ask for), I got to take the trip to the Dept. of Watercraft. After a security check in (seriously, for a boat registration), it was a fairly in-depth form, title, and drivers license for getting that cared for - and $5.
  22. My Malibu is bigger than the trailer with the tounge folded in. Remember, not all boats are stern drives. With the swim platform removed and the wedge put down, it is a touch over 21'. I just measured its width, tire edge to tire edge is 8'2", and the trailer guides (which angle out) have a top width of 8'4.5".
