I was just saying this to a coworker earlier today. I think that people with addictive personalities are already doing a fine job of mis-managing their money. Adding a more convenient outlet for it may not help them, but I don't feel like casinos are going to turn us all into a city of gambling addict zombies (any more than we may already be). Will there be some bad side effects? Probably. I'll take the bad with the good because I think its going to do us more good than harm.

Anyone else know where to find used HVAC stuff like this? Seems like there's a million places selling used appliances, etc. I even found a place that sells used cabinetry and such but no luck with HVAC.

So does anyone know if I can get this stuff anywhere else besides PA, like maybe somewhere in West Virginia?

Vance's had a few old .32 cal PPK knockoffs left over last week when I was in there. They're not great but they're small, cheap and offer more punch than a .22 for self-defense situations. I bought a semi-nice one for $120 and it works great (though they had some really rough looking ones too). For cheap practice I would stick with a .22 though, if that's all you intend to use it for (killin' paper). Centerfire ammo is a great deal more expensive.

Probably closer to 2800. This car isn't really all that stripped. No back seat, buy it's mostly intact.

Anyone have a used, but in good condition? Know where to find such a thing used? I need a 2-ton unit set up for R-22. My house is on it's original heat pump (22 years). It's inefficient (doesn;t heat or cool well, even for a heat pump) and I think it's on its way out. With government rebates and stuff I'm tempted to take advantage of them by having a bunch of new stuff put in, but I just don't have the cash right now and don't like racking up credit card debt to "save money". My air handler appears to be in decent shape, I'd like to just get this old heat pump swapped out and I think I'll be in good shape for a while.

I'm petty sure mine was done at Columbus Col-Weld. it has been a while though. It was pretty cheap (<$30 as I recall).
