  1. https://www.swapalease.com/lease/Audi/RS7/search.aspx?zip=43220 2014 Price: $105k+ Current lease payment: $1349/month Can I also talk about this? $2,750/mo and you can't use better spelling?? https://www.swapalease.com/lease/details/2018-Audi-R8.aspx?salid=1367338
  2. OK....CLEARLY I didn't get the math right, or I mis-represented the payments Maybe it was $1200? That price is out of my league anyway.
  3. https://i.imgur.com/2N7l6h6.mp4 This was filmed after the car sat for awhile yesterday, but when it was warmed up (and ambient air temp was hot), the top pressure was more in the red.
  4. One of the comments I saw posted put it well: - Lease it for 3 years, $5k down - $2100/month. Dump it. - buy one 3-5 years from now for $50-60k used. You don’t want to own the depreciation on these premium Cars.
  5. Too many Ugga-Duggas for a Fiesta part!
  6. My '01 Silverado has been running great, with cold A/C...up until this point. The temp went from being cool to not feeling up to the task today. - Compressor is kicking on, I hear the "hiss" through the lines, then it kicks off in 3-5 seconds - Touched both lines: hot side is really hot, and the cold side is only so a few inches from the firewall. Fluctuates when the compressor is running. - Plugged in A/C gauge (from refill kit I haven't used in years) and pressure fluctuates from green (20psi or so) up to red (65psi). I have not ever refilled the A/C system. What could be causing the pressure spike into the red? Anything I can check or service? She's blowing warm these days...
  7. I've used Oleda Hirsch at All-Ohio Insurance for years on my primary residence, and umbrella policies for rental properties. Had a fire in 2013 and Cincinnati Insurance didn't bat an eye at the costs associated with a 7-month rebuild. Oleda's into horses so if they can't do a rural policy, I don't know who can. https://insurance-agent.safeco.com/find-an-insurance-agency/app/agent/2205854 FYI, she's quoted me on my 16+ year Progressive auto policy numerous times, and can't beat my rate. I appreciate that she tries.
  8. +1. Good guidance here. https://www.harborfreight.com/27-gallon-200-psi-oil-free-professional-air-compressor-56403.html Spent two minutes on http://www.hfqpdb.com and found a coupon for $399...but it's oil-less. Here's a better capacity compressor and oil-lube, and a coupon for $339. https://www.harborfreight.com/29-gal-2-hp-150-psi-cast-iron-vertical-air-compressor-61489.html
  9. I saw the title of this thread, and excitedly hoped it was Howard as I’ve seen his Supra in person a few times; definitely had high hopes in terms of what Tim might be able to do with that Supra. Again...the results look awesome. Well done, Tim!!!
  10. https://jalopnik.com/these-heroes-put-a-manual-transmission-in-an-infiniti-q-1837257931 Props to Nissan/Infiniti for such a great FR chassis, that you can take 370z parts and they nearly plug right in.
  11. Sean got my ‘79 Lincoln to have A/C once again!!! However, it may be a little low on Freon as it’s cool but not cold. Anyone have 1lb or so of R12? I’d like to check to make sure the A/C system is topped off. Thank you!
  12. I highly recommend you get some solid summer wheels/tires, and keep the factory take-offs as winter shoes. You’ll fall in love every spring when the DD gets clean wheels and way better performance on summer tires, and everything will last longer since you’re speading driving over 2 sets of shoes. Plus, while I do like the styling of the TourX, those factory wheels are a let-down. The car would definitely benefit from some more aggressive wheels.
  13. Been eyeballing rust repair panels for the rockers. Saw good selection from Mill Supply. Was up in CLE and swung by their warehouse, figured I’d save on shipping for $40 worth of panels... ...BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT HEROES DO.
  14. My dudes...it’s a large AWD Turbo panoramic-roof wagon for $25k...
  15. I’m a fan of the TourX: Regal wagon with 270hp turbo. I’m a HUGE fan of that fucking price? Are you kidding me?!?
  16. I'm good with the steelies...but yes, please drop that bish. Still looks awesome.
  17. It’s running fine on 87. Longevity is definitely a concern, except I turn in the MKC at around 70k miles anyway so neither I nor the fleet management company ultimately give a shit about the car once it goes to auction. True - for personal cars that are designed for higher octane...you should run the recommended fuel if you want to see 150k+ miles, me thinks.
  18. https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/comparison-feature/a28565486/honda-cr-v-vs-bmw-m5-ford-f-150-dodge-charger/ This article is timely, as I just took delivery of a 2.0T Lincoln MKC as a company vehicle. Strict company fuel-card policy of 87 octane only. Is there any issue with the car's performance on regular gas? Largely, no difference according to the data for new vehicles. We all know that good gas is important, and butt-dyno benefits of 93 octane feels good, especially with OLDER cars where the computer isn't super-reactive to timing changes and fuel maps. Intadesting stuff!
  19. I either never heard this coming, or totally forgot that GM was making this happen. That's a really handsome fullsize sedan. I'm excited for these new cars, but somewhat disappointed that GM continues to suck at hyping up decent cars (except for the Corvette) that they're making.
  20. Dude, Nextdoor is becoming the new CL: Two days ago, a ‘93 5.0L GT convertible with 42k mile popped up for $7k. Sold in 21 hours. Thanks for the suggestion, guys. Will ask my wife to find out if Cobalts or Solara’s are OK.
  21. Sounds like it could be clutch adjustment? Google search finds any other Cobalt/G5 owners with similar problems? I’ve found for modern, stock(unmodded) Cars...if there’s an issue, there’s GOTTA be someone else that’s experienced a similar condition.
