  2. Should I be able to connect to the net in safe mode with networking? it won't connect in that mode. It's running windows 7.

I searched online for an answer and it pointed to a site, bleepingcomputer.com but the directions it gave me wouldn't work..it said to enter safe mode with networking and download a program to remove it but my computer wont let me go online in safe mode with networking..can someone give me some help?
  4. Don't waste your money on the one from tractor supply. I got one and the chuck/shaft assembly falls out frequently.
  5. I replaced my stock tank with a cell, but I made a hinged door in the floor under the carpet with a piece of stainless sheet, piano hinge and 2 dzus fasteners to put fuel in.
  6. Well crap, I was all loaded to go but the weather channel was showing sever thunderstorms at NTR so I stayed home rather than a wasted 1.5 hour round trip!
  7. Wasgonna say Lemon heads, now my mouoth is starting to water. Anyone remember GatorGum from Gatoraid back in the 80's? Mouth waters thinking about it.
  8. So they look ok from 10 feet away, maybe not so good up close. Could use them on the wifes Benz to reduce the scraped up rims.
  9. Assuming there isn't an hour and 45 min delay to clean the track like a couple weeks ago. Then I about lost it at 1000', I suspect the guy in the diesel truck giving his girlfriend a ride-a-long had his a/c on or something.
  10. Just curious if this event draws tons of cars typically? Was planning on going to do some TnT, but if it's gonna be crowded and only get 3 runs in 5 hours it's really not that enticing to me. What has this event been like in recent years?
  11. If there is access behind but that area wont be readily visible to the casual looker (I did it filling ground effects holes in a Z28 door), I took small pieces of sheet metal(size of a quarter) and used epoxy in the little syringes they sell at WalMart and glued the little pieces to the backside then filled with bondo. Since the back of the holes were obscured I drilled 1/16" holes in the filler pieces, knotted the end of fishing line, and usd that to thread through the hole and hold the patches in until the epoxy dried.
  12. Mine which also expired this year is a m2000 motorcycle helmet, the difference between "m" and "sa" is that "sa" has a fire retardant liner in case you are trapped in a burning vehicle in an accident. Never took it to Trails but always fine at KilKare.
  13. Can take a pic tomorrow, I'll need to know how to be able to post it if you can point me in the right direction. As for now I have to go, 2am comes way to quick.
  14. I'm working on my dads 2005 Ford Freestar van 4.2L. I need to know where the fuel pressure test port is located on this van. I don't see it on the fuel rail like I would expect. There is a sort of stem coming off the rail on the front side below the EGR valve that has a mushroom shaped metal top on it, the top will turn but doesn't unscrew. I'm wondering if this covers the test port/shrader valve, and do you need one of the clamshell looking disconnect tools(which I don't have) to remove the cap? I have looked in a repair manual, done web search and used the repair giude on Autozones site, it appears in pics but is not identified. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  15. If you have the ability, sometimes they will let you do the repairs yourself and deduct the cost of labor, possibly keeping it from being "totaled"...Progressive offered me that option and I got that deal with the Ins company of some woman that hit me in my old truck, can't remember the company name though.
  16. Pretty sure Napa carries por-15. I used it and put clear plastic food wrap over the can before putting the lid on with no issues. If there is rust or perfect paint you don't want it on it works great, clean metal it peels right off of when dry.
  17. I bought my Moser 9" a couple years ago..35 spline, 4.11, locker, drum brakes, for the third gen and it was around $3k, should last forev..a long time. Unfortunately, with their huge cast bracket for mounting the TA you can't just drop out the center and do that 45min gear change, you have to remove the TA to do it.
  18. I have broken the 19mm deep well 6 times, they always split, but they replace them. Used to "live" at HF when I lived in Galloway but now it's a 40 mile drive.
  19. Yuengling brewery one county to the south..just incase the fire adventure fails.
  20. I heard a rumor that Cols Motor Speedway wasn't going to open this year. Article I read said NO dragstrip at the new facility.
  21. It probably would as you catch air..unless you have a full cage I believe you must have them in depending on speed, same as an open top car. Some tracks make you duct tape the seams so they don't fly out but I have never had that issue with mine.
  22. Are they the early hook type or later pin type latches? I have 2 extra sets, just thought someone might be interested and not know there were two different glass types..all plastics are pins.
  23. I bought the Motive pressure bleeder from Jegs..love it, you can do it all yourself. Works great even on the 4 piston/4 bleeder calipers. My mityvac failed on the 4 piston calipers..got hand cramps and still had air.
