  1. Brady did the install on my Impala (and I've been a happy customer since). I don't believe he will do an install on a car with a standard transmission though (liability issues). I used to have an S10 with a standard and I bought it with a compustar remote start. I believe that Columbus Car Audio did the installation on that system.
  2. Hmmmm, LS1 lawnmower with a 200 shot. Wonder what happens if I search youtube for that. Either way it sounds stupid fun.
  3. Sorry I should have read closer. He did not shoot the man running away. Armed, or unarmed, if you come on my property and threaten my life, then I will consider myself and my family in danger and take whatever action I deem necessary in that situation.
  4. I have to admit, I have a twinge when I think about someone getting shot in the back running away. I would guess that I would not do that. Lethal force is sometimes required, and to protect myself and my family I'll drop a nuke if I have to. But when the criminal is off my property and running away then I am no longer in danger and I probably would not fire. That being said, had the individual not tried Home Invasion as a hobby they would still be alive. I have no ill feelings for the home owner that declares open season on home invaders (armed or unarmed).
  5. Signed the petition, number 710.
  6. WOW! Very interested! Last thing I need is a new toy though. But I still WANT this!
  7. Looks good to me. No more tune adjustments for different tire sizes or rear gear changes.
  8. I stick to the name brand chains. I also look for a station to be clean and at least look like it's in good repair. My main concerns are stations that don't maintain their equipment (change fuel filters in the dispensers, monitor the tanks for water, etc...) Even so I typically dump a can of dry gas in my tank once or twice a year in case I've picked up some water. I had a concern a few years back when gas prices hit $4 for premium that because of the cost people were using less of it and it was sitting in the tank for too long.
  9. I've had luck using a crossover cable to run the transfer.
  10. My brother in law started home brewing a few months ago. The stuff he has done so far has been pretty tasty. I'm thinking about giving it a try myself. We have 5 gallons of Cream Stout we're getting ready to tap, and a Honey porter to be brewed this week.
  11. use air bags and change the height at will?
  12. New shelf for the base of the fridge. The old one never would have supported the weight of a keg. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=590&pictureid=4711
  13. Dead Rising 2 is loads of fun GT5 has been a blast Split Second was fun too
  14. Fits like a charm. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=590&pictureid=4710 Thanks for the loan Duff. Once I get a new support shelf built I'll get it back to you. Won't be too much longer till I have both taps hooked up and will have regular light beer on tap and home brew.
  15. Sounds like a fun toy for ripping up and down my street. What would you guess it would cost to get it up and running? I have never played with one of these, so I have no idea.
  16. I've gotten replacement pigtails from Rockauto.com
  17. These are the new ones I have picked out. http://centerlinewheels.com/images/wheels/thumb/20100422151005_rev.jpg
  18. The convo pro's I picked up from Zepplin I knew would only be one, maybe two seasons. Heck, they only went to the track once. I'll be letting the whole set go and replacing them with something a little different. They are a little dinged up from some mistakes I made, but nothing more than cosmetic. So, I'll subtract a bit from what I paid for them and move them along. The Torque Thrust IIs I will just replace the rear wheels and keep the fronts. I'll be selling those off too. 17x11 with 7.5" backspace. They fit a 315 tire nicely.
  19. I know the standard height of the keg, but I already have a tap. I need to make sure that my tap will fit on a 1/2 barrel without crimping the lines in and out. I know it will be close, but I don't know by how much. I'm in the Hilliard/Galloway area, so you're not too far from me. I appreciate it.
  20. Mine is coming along. New SFI bellhousing and twin disk clutch are installed and the new RPM T56 is bolted up. The 9" is almost together, we ran into a couple little issues and had to grab some replacement center section bolts. The new AFCO coilovers are here too. Working with the guys at Pickups Plus for some new wheels. Baby needs a new pair of shoes after all this work.
