They have a 2012 at MAG. Red, stick V8, but $64k. Found a used 2008, but it was silver. Just a rare car.

I like the 335i. I know nothing about BMWs in terms of power, models and what not. I like the 300hp. I don't like the styling, a little bland. Try and get the wife to go drive one of those. Too bad there are no sticks around here. Went out and tried a A3 stick (fun and snappy, but a wagon), A4 auto (sluggish and no fun), A5 stick (woot). Tried to drive a Genesis, but it was boxed in, so we have to go back. Car shopping it time consuming. So she loved the Audi A5. I did too, wish it was a bit more sporty, but it was fun to drive. I would like stiffer suspension and a harder clutch, but it is not for me, it is for her. Here it is listed as an auto, but it is a stick: http://www.magaudiofdublin.com/certified/Audi/2009-Audi-A5-a9b562ff0a0a000201167c8081ab73d0.htm I have never bought from a dealer. How does one haggle price on this? They have had it for around 6 weeks, one owner who bought it from MAG new and the guy traveled to LA all the time, so it was not driven much. Has a number of rock chips on the front which they will take care of. Currently they are offering 6yr/100,000 mile warranty on certified used cars (Till Nov 2015 one this one). Price seems that same as others I have researched online. http://www.adamdaley.com/max/mr2/A5Christaa.jpg

For sale? Any stick shift? Where are you located?

Wife and I are looking for a new car, mainly for her. It will be a DD. Requirements: sporty little luxury Coupe or sedan good looks Priced $40k or less Stick Shift (has to be) Reliable We are tall. I'm 6'5" (180lbs) and she is 5'10" (xlbs) What she likes so far: G37 (only drove auto, she hated auto, but liked the car) Audi A5 (has only seen pics) She hates: Corvette CTS (we drove one, made for small people) Mustang Going to test drive this weekend: Genesis (doesn't like pics) 370Z (does like pics) Audi I am all for a used car, she wants 3 years or newer. G37 would have to be ordered for $42k since no one has a used stick in 300 miles. We currently have a 03 civic and element and a 91 MR2. She would drive the civic or element in the snow. Are Audi's and BMW's reliable? Pics or it didn't happen http://www.adamdaley.com/max/mr2/CTSChrista1.jpg http://www.adamdaley.com/max/mr2/G37Christa1.jpg

I am excited about this car! Wife was looking at getting a G37 stick, but they are damn expensive. I might sell my MR2 for this! http://www.adamdaley.com/max/mr2/carshow/IMG_2573.JPG

+1 to what was already said. Home stores sell bleach in 30% concentrates, I would use that to help kill it. Bleach will make things wet, so make sure it is 100% dry before putting carpet back whatever. If the mold is bothering you, might be worth spending the money on a pro. For such a small area, I would think a few hundred would do it. Any flooring or construction stuff needs cleaned and then painted with special paint to seal it.

I bought one of these at Tractor Supply. Works good and does not smell too bad (wife says it does, I don't notice it). On sale for $179 http://www.tractorsupply.com/procom-reg-dual-fuel-vent-free-blue-flame-heater-20-000-btu-4501480

Good memory. The TV has optical audio out. It is a smart TV, so when we watch Netflicks or other streaming shows it comes right through the TV. I would be fine with only HDMI connections. What did you get?

That Onkyo is going for just under $400. I was also looking at a Harmin Karden for around $320 on super sale at Newegg. Thanks for the advice on parts. I would assume this means that I make the enclosures myself? I could do this easily, but does it really save that much money? I would figure $40 a sheet for some MDF and then my time to build it. I would then have to put a decent finish on it. These Paradigm speakers http://columbus.craigslist.org/ele/2800832889.html look nice, but I don't really want towers that large in the front. Plus the wif would not go for it. I never even thought of looking through craigslist. I used to work at Circuit City and speakers are marked up 50%, so I can't justify spending retail on them. I have no problem upping the budget a little, maybe $1500-$2000, but I spent $1000 more on the TV then I should have. I should have gotten the 55", the 65" is too big (but the sale on it was great). TroubleMaker: Good memory on my being a woodworker at Marysville High School. Here is the room before I bought the house: http://www.adamdaley.com/max/house/01.jpg Then I did this as the structure was a mess. http://www.adamdaley.com/max/house/07.jpg

I want to set up a surround sound in the living room. The room is big at 20'x25' with a 65" wall mounted TV on one end and a 8' window on the other. I would like to do 5.1 with the rears in wall and possibly the fronts in wall if I can find good in wall speakers. I was looking at the Onkyo TX-NR609 receiver but am open to other ideas. I would like the receiver to have: optical in HDMI (switching is best) Internet with pandora would be nice Droid remote app would be nice I already ran wires in the wall for speakers and hook ups are on the right and left of the window. I need to stay under $1,000 for it all, less is better. I currently have a DVD/Surround all in one unit that is ok, but no inputs, so it will go somewhere else. The TV speakers suck and Netflicks is very quiet and hard to hear. http://www.adamdaley.com/max/house/lr1.jpg http://www.adamdaley.com/max/house/lr.jpg Pardon the mess. Plywood keeps dog off the couches. Cardboard is our fireplace doors (ordered new ones, house did not come with them).

I don't think anyone will buy a use mattress anymore after the bed bug thing, especially for a $200 mattress. I would recommend a Temper Pedic bed. I broke down and got one, amazing to sleep on. Figure you spend 1/3 your life in a bed, might as well get a nice one. 20 year warranty also.

I teach at Marysville and their school system is great. It is not the Dublin or Olentangy, but it rivals that with a smaller feel. You probably don't have kids, but good schools help resale. Taxes are high mostly to pay for the schools, John Kasich took a most of tax money from Honda and it is now sent to the state level. I bought a house in May and wanted Marysville, but the commute was too far for the wife. Now is a great time to buy cheap and in 5 years sell higher. Marysville Schools were seeing a 10% growth annually until 2007, people were moving up there like mad, then the recession. That will probably pick up to a small degree in the next few years. In the last 5 years a lot of chains have moved up there, Roosters, Lowe's, Best Buy, Dunlees Sporting, Good Will, White Castle, Chipotle, Office Max, MC Sports, and some others. There is also a Walmart and Home Depot. Great country living, small town feel, cheap properties, taxes are higher, but schools are great. It is only 20 min to Tuttle mall and I can entertain myself with working my property, fixing things, shooting things, I don't need a night life.

They make a truck look unfinished, like you bought it without a bumper. My Toyota truck had no bumper and looked silly, graded there was a big open area too.

Alex Trebek laughs at this one (15sec):

Hold off for a Subie BRZ? Small, back seat (kind of), handles great, more reliable pistons?
