  1. I like that crew cab utility body.
  2. What all did you have done to yours and how much was it?
  3. I don't see a problem here. Get some new pads, rub them on the concrete, install and drive.
  4. Move to New york City, become boss of underground large Coke dealers, buy big house and live happily ever after.
  5. Perhaps you could ask Ken to give me a call since he doesn't answer when I call or call me back when I leave messages. I've tried to meet him somewhere on his route several times with out any luck. I've had to leave broken tools at random shops just to get stuff replaced but I really don't like doing that for obvious reasons. I need a GRBLM1313 and a GRBLM0808 ratchet wrenches.
  6. Todd A.K.A. the Tool Cave is absolutly worthless. Took him over 2 months to replace my 22mm and 15mm deep impact 1/2" drive sockets.
  7. I have the worst luck with the Mac (Todd somethingorother) and Matco (Greg Fisher I think). Jeff Pickard is my my Snap On rep and he stops by every Friday. I work a one person shop and I don't buy too much stuff but he always stops by to see if I need anything anyway. He even replaced my MAC ratchet with a Snap On because I had it was broken for so long and I couldn't get ahold of Todd.
  8. "Sorry I rolled that stop sign officer, you see I can't deploy my chutes with this damn trailer I'm pulling and it's sometimes hard to stop."
  9. I honestly don't think its all that bad to just pull the tank. I did the pump in my T.A. in about and hour laying on my back with the car on stands. It's just not worth it to me to cut the car up. IMHO
  10. I wonder what he was pulled over for? I doubt speeding, if I were to guess I'd say loud exhaust or maybe ground clearence??? I bet it would be a blast to drive a pro mod cross country like that.
  11. Good looking dog for sure. Sadly enough they don't live typical long dog lives due to hip/joint problems which are common to all large breed dogs. I would bet to people he knows he is gently as a teddy bear. Now if I were to walk into the house not knowing the dog, I bet I get carried out on bags. Danes make great gaurd dogs. They don't chase much but they can bark a sound to make you crap your skin.
  12. I would be lost. I commend you for your efforts and bravery.
  13. I didn't realize you lived south. I think there is a Crane Plastics in Lancaster or Fairfield county somewhere?
  14. Behind every beautiful woman there is a man who is tired of fucking her
  15. I have always heard good things about working for Crane. Where are they located? I may know someone interested in a job there. Do they have employee referral bonus'?
  16. Why do people post for sale and then say pics later or upon request. I'm too impatient for this. :lolguy:
  17. House broken, doesn't bark, doesn't shed, won't chew the furniture...best dog ever?
  18. Not too mention most factory parts are just plain built better.
  19. When can I come get this from you Tim? I bring the monies with me. I can't sleep at night knowing you are missing garage space.
  20. "by law" implies court. You would spend a lot more that way. Plus, they could just say they quoted you the wrong price or say you were quoted the price for the wrong part, or ask you to prove you are affiliated with the account the price was quoted against. Now if you ask nicely they will more than likely give you the price you quoted as long as you remember who you talked to.
  21. Very true. Most dealer parts counters are hourly plus comission.
  22. Different dealers pay different prices from the manufacturer. Then when they sell the parts the price depends on what discounts are applied. When they try to sell it to you at twice the quoted price it's because they are selling it at "list" price. It's a good idea to try to find someone who deals with a given dealer frequently and use thier discount to get the parts you need. Make sense?
  23. I worked for Sofa Express and when the founder sold the business he did the same thing. Unfortunatly I had only worked ther for two years at that point, but some of the people had over 15 and 20 years with them. It really is something special to work for a company like that.
