Do you find racing games to be fun in VR? I've built/setup a few iRacing rigs for different people but I had a wheel and pedals when I did it. Can these games be played with an Xbox Controller? or would you recommend a wheel?

Just watched the trailer for Arizona Sunshine and WOW! I will buy that once I get paid. I modded Beat Saber and have like, 200+ songs already... I went a little overboard, lol. Thanks for the tip. Any tips or tricks to VR? like, optimal placement of the sensors? You say you have three, but mine only came with two. Is that bad? or can I improve the tracking with more?

Just got myself an HTC Vive, and I was wondering if anyone else on CR has a VR headset? I got it to play Beat Saber and do some VR Chat, but what else is a "Must Have" game or app? Beat Seaber is incredibly fun... but i don't know what else to get. I've seen a few different games on Steam, but I don't want to buy garbage or the wrong thing. So, what's good CR? Any other killer games for VR?

Still driving the same unreliable, slow, no torque, fire hazard of an RX-8 And strangely, after being on a flatbed 4 times since I purchased it, Blowing out a spark plug, losing compression several times, and eating its catalytic converter... I'm still in love with it. I mean, I could just say that I can't afford a new car at the moment, but that sounds WAY less interesting then the last bit...

It looks WAY better than the God awful Lexus "I left my grill in the microwave to long" design scheme. Functional or not, you know you fucked up when your grill looks like a 7th grade student just discovered the "Warp" filter in Photoshop. SMH

It's crazy how a single space can make all the difference. it's a "super" car, but not a supercar. All kidding around aside, I really agree with this.

I for one feel like I embrace the new definition of "supercar". I mean, the list was very compelling. With the new system anything that's got two doors is a supercar... who knew it was so easy? Almost everyone on CR drives a supercar now... feelsgoodman!

I have compiled a new list of supercars for the world to acknowledge. I have changed my vote to yes, because the insanity must NOT end here! All hail the newly appointed Supercars! Toyota Supra Mazda RX-7 Acura Integra Type R Toyota MR2 Subaru Impreza 22B GMC Syclone Nissan 300ZX Mk IV Toyota Supra Ford Mustang GT (Foxbody) Mazda MX-5 Miata Mclaren 10 Speed Bike Ford Focus (Titanium Sport) Honda Civic Coupe Little Tikes cozy coupe GT edition I personally feel like the MX-5 could be the best bet here on a budget at your next track day, but who am I to judge? Gonna hang with the big boyz in the fast group! Should be seeing more GMC Syclones crushing lap times on track day next weekend. Might even bust out the Diablo from storage just to compete with the Integra bros as they blow vape smoke in my face.

It also has the wrong badge, culture, and following behind it to be a "Supercar"

No... just no... Call it a Lexus then. Auto Manufacturers have solved this same problem before I was born. Customers and the public assign an image or viewpoint on a subject based on that it calls to mind. Things come to mind when you think of Toyota are... Prius, Fuel saving, blue collar, 9-5, and Uncle Dave. These are just a small piece of things that I think about when I say the word "Toy-oh-tah" This does not apply to the listed above manufacturers because that's the "current" or "1990s" look that any of these companies were going for. Lambo was known in the 90s for two things, #1 making sexy looking cars that every teenage boy put on their wall next to a bikini girl and #2 They were still unable to make money. Audi was making sports sedans, and Mclaren was designing what would become the world's fastest car... The F1... Toyota was known for making economy cars for your buddy ted who took only 1 semester of college, but STILL feels overqualified for his telephone tech support job. It's the badge alone that is holding the 1990 Supra back, and for that reason... it's a "cool" car for sure... but no Supercar. :-(

No.. the 1990's MK4 Supra Turbo is not a Supercar because of the same reasons I said.

I'll give a serious response then... The Supra is a very nice "looking" car. I love the design of it and by bringing it back, I honestly feel like we could see a new era of great Japanese sports cars come stateside and honestly... I CAN'T WAIT! Now, as for classification. We know little about the details of the 2020 Supra, but based off it's past competitors it should fight with the 370z, Mazda RX-9, and other sports cars in 2020. I hope this is a wakeup call to other Japanese automakers to redesign some of their cars... Looking at you Nissan, with your terrible 370z interior. I'm sorry... but with past competitors such as the 370z, RX-7, *incert honda car here*, and other sports cars. I find it VERY hard to classify a car as a Supercar after only seeing pictures of it. Lets wait to hear more information in the upcoming months/weeks and admire the car for what it is NOW, in the moment... which is... Beautiful! <3

Are we really going to say that the same company that currently produces The prius is also making a supercar?... You wanna know the difference between Toyota and the big boys? Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mclaren, and Koenigsegg all are names associated with high performance, quality, and luxury. Toyota... is associated with your tree hugging friend Josh who occasionally smokes pot and lectures you about the harmful waste you left in your trash can instead of placing it in the GREEN BIN for mother earth... **Fart Noise** The answer is no... the same company that has a reputation for making small fuel efficient cars for Bill and Sarah to drive to their 9-5, is NOT in the same category as the big boys. We did some of the last blasting the other night and the T-VIS intake was one of the last pieces along with the throttle body and a few other parts. I only took a picture of the Intake... The inside of the T-VIS was absolutely disgusting and... well... you just take a look for yourself... Going to puke... :barf: The reflection you are seeing at the bottom is liquid from the parts cleaner. We are going to work hard to get it off, but most attempts at getting it 100% clean have not come up with much success. Parts cleaner seems to eat it right off, but we don't have 2 gallons of the stuff to soak. More updates to come!

The car is getting ready to be cut, welded, and sanded. We were able to do a little work the other night on cutting the rusted parts off to prepare them for welding on the new floor. I am currently in the process of learning MIG welding for the next phase with Craig, and Kevan is teaching us how to not make shit welds so we don't go full Flintstones on the track.

Finally move on from the RX-8... eventually, i'll get that Mustang >_> Price is still $3500 for those interested.

This guy gets it :thumbup: 1070ti and 1080ti are all at reasonable to MSRP levels in most places. FUCK the RTX cards atm.... not even worth it for gaming.
