If there is a comment in the shoutbox that is extremely long, i.e. - hahahahahahahaha..... The shoutbox stretches and I get this long ass scroll bar on the bottom of the screen in forum posts. I love it, tyvm, it is now my default browser on portable devices. Still a Chrome guy on the desktop though. I know it won't help you, but it works fine here on Android.
