Exhaust is just a simple cat delete pipe. 2wheel Dyno Works is doing the mail tune. Getting rid of exhaust valve & AIS.

JustinNck1
I am sure the MT wheels will be seeing the tire machine several times this year.

zx3vfr
Got the bike back this afternoon. New fuel tank installed courtesy of Kawasaki’s warranty. Ran it around the neighborhood once and installed battery tender leads. 1
max power
Pulled the carb off of the DR last night and opened it up to find everything Stock. Then did a bunch of research in preparation to fatten up the jetting since this thing is obnoxiously lean. Got a buy a bunch of new screws since the previous owner apparently did everything with an impact Probably going to go ahead and do a valve check since it's tore down this far
Pokey
Told you it would be UBER lean.

Rodehard
Finally found an hour to install the new heated grips. Nice kit, plugs into the bike's "heated grip ready" wire harness, enable the grips in the settings screen, and done. Even just 1hr in the shop tinkering makes a crappy day so much better! 1
max power
Pulled and disassembled the DR650 carb and soaked it overnight in pine-sol. Came out squeaky clean. Waiting on my rebuild and jet kit from @ponyjr Edited February 9, 2018 by max power 1
