perduejt
Anyone remember the Apprentice episode where they designed the Pontiac Solstice ad? Well, we got one of the first 1000 produced, limited edition Solstices....its a pretty fun little car. 177 HP, rear wheel drive, light as hell...Here's some pics. http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1157.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1154.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1156.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1151.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1150.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1148.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1144.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b167/perduejt/PDR_1147.jpg
coty061885
Cool, those cars are starting to grow on me. I saw one up close this past weekend at the EMCO gears classic. They do look like they'd be pretty fun to drive. Are they fast, though? I know they have 177 HP, but I dunno 0-60 or 1/4 mile times.

GilbWs6
This thing is really growing on me. Sucks it doesn't come in a turbo or V6 model GXP model is in the works already. Same motor with forced induction of some sort. Should be out for the 2007 model.

smokin5s
I'd rather buy an '04 S2k for that price I'd rather have torque for that price tag... BTW, fuck the car.... I wanna see the girl

I believe you'll be seeing it in dealerships about a year from now.

Nitrousbird
I'd rather buy an '04 S2k for that price #1: Comparing used cars to brand new cars just doesn't work. #2: MSRP for base Solstice = $19,995. MSRP for base S2K = $33,150. That's a huge chunk of change in price difference. #3: For shits and giggles, I looked up S2K's on autotrader. Searched any year, under 30,000 miles, within 100 miles of here. The cheapest 04 I found was $25,900. Heck, about the only ones in the 20k range were 00-02 models. These cars compete in two completely different price classes. The Miata and MR2 are the comparble cars. I'm waiting to see the Saturn version of it in person; looks a lot better than the Solstice from the pics I've seen.
