SPLN SUX Posted November 3, 2007 Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 I do hold a Servsafe food sanitation cert., yet I only worry about direct to mouth containers that may be cross contaminated. I have had food poisoning 3 times and NEVER wish to go through it again. Serve Safe is out dated. The new national standard is the Thomson Prometric Certification. Some people say its easier than the Serve Safe, but i personally thought it was wayyyyy harder. Either way, theres way too many things that can be spread for me to share food and drinks.
