someone correct me if im wrong but last I read about this it was considered a hostile takeover and A/B wasnt neccessarily ok with selling out to Inbev

IIRC InBev was only offering $5/share originally during the hostile takeover, but after several ongoing lawsuits offered $70/share which they accepted

How I read an article last week was that they offered $65/share and A/B turned it down. Then they offered $70/share and A/B accepted. The other thing I read is that they are not going to change anything. They just want the profits from our American drunk asses.
