2 Sweet
And this is my new daily... http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c295/skoval25/Car%20pics/9-27002.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c295/skoval25/Car%20pics/9-27003.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c295/skoval25/Car%20pics/9-27004.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c295/skoval25/Car%20pics/9-27005.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c295/skoval25/Car%20pics/9-27006.jpg 2000 S10 Xtreme, 2.2 automatic (slower than shit) with 99k miles, mostly highway, and theres a bunch of rock chips on the front that show it. The truck runs great though. The exhaust is annoyingly loud, so I need to find a stock exhaust or put a resonator on it or something, because right now it sounds like a Cavalier with a fartcan. The drivers window doesn't work, and there is a weird wiring issue with the turn signals and reverse lights, but I'll get shit fixed soon enough. I will definitely miss the GTP, but the fact that this truck is three years newer, has 40k less miles, and is worth like two grand more made the decision easier. I had a '91 S10 that I sold last year and I've missed it ever since
wnaplay1647545503
I like it, I have thought of picking one up for the hell of it as well. I've seen them go as low as $2500 which doesnt sound bad.

I used to have a 2WD S10 and I drove it in the snow just fine, it wasn't hard at all. I don't care if it's fast or not. I have a Camaro if I want to go fast
Browning
looks pretty clean. I want those wheels for my 91 lol And driving an s10 in the winter isn't bad at all so long as you add some weight to the rear. Even without weight they do ok if you have good tires, just makes the drive fun:)

Now you ahve a truck to haul parts in for the camaro Yeah, I'm not looking forward to winter at all, but I still have my old Chevy Celebrity (currently my mom's spare car) that I can drive in the snow as well. I don't understand why, but for whatever reason it's so easy to come across a nice and cheap GTP (like yours and mine) these days, especially a '97 or '98. They just don't have much of a resale value. Seat levers broke yet? HVAC door broke yet? I hate my S10. Nope, and hopefully there won't be many things breaking on this truck anytime soon

Scotty2Hotty
You need a tonneau cover on it The torque thrusts look great on it. Very clean truck, good find.
Miller
Well it's not a clean, red, GTP. But it do
Crossle
Nice daily, you shouldn't have any problems in the winter as long as you have decent treaded tires. I had no problems in my 89 ranger single cab short bed with no weight in the back, since it just weighs the truck down......

zeitgeist57
Meh. +1. Nothing "XTreme" about the 2.2L auto... :thumbdown. Clean truck and looks great, if nothing else...

2 Sweet
Call it what you want, but I'm happy with the trade. Yeah it's slow but it's not the end of the world. Sidenote, I ditched the shitty dual setup that was on there today. Mad Hatter made me a nice stock-like exhaust. It looks better and is nice and quiet now
