cmoosego Posted December 6, 2009 Report Share Posted December 6, 2009 (edited) I picked up my winter project today.... an 06 suzuki katana 600.... black with silver stripes... less then 2000 miles on it... been sitting in my neighbors garage for the past year and a half... never been down, needs a battery so far... once I get it started I'll go thru the regular scenario of changing the oil, changing the plugs, and seeing if there is anything else that needs done... I'm hoping that there won't be a bunch of stuff wrong with it, like seals dried out, stuff like that... so now everyone can get off my ass for owning just a cruiser ... I'll post pictures once I get it cleaned up and running.... it's got a nice layer of dust on it... oh almost forgot, I only dropped 1500 on it...eat your hearts out... I went to buy a katana off a guy I worked with as my first bike when I was 18, but the day he was going to bring it to me at work he wrecked it, and still wanted me to pay the same price for it.
