oldschoolsdime92
I am arguing with myself on putting a new slip on on the triumph. Heres what I have nowAnd I am debating switching to this, just am having a hard time parting with the cash.
RSVDon
I was looking at these last night, just didn't respond. Sorry.First, what happened to the hi-mount idea?Second, I think the shorty looks good, but for some reason it just seems a little out of place. I can't quite put my finger on it.One thing though, any exhaust that exposes that beautiful SSSA is WIN.PS. You need a rear fender delete. Bad324
the current one doesnt look bad but that 2nd one would tie in to the whole look better I think with the polished and carbon
flounder
Personally Im not a fan of the endcap on the one youre considering.
oldschoolsdime92
the high mount idea is still there, but im favoring the stubby becuase I dont have to remove passenger rear sets, and I can put my bags on with it. the high mount I cant run with my bags, which i use quite frequently to go to work, and traveling. There is an 11 hp gain with the stubby and the TOR tune, and I have seen dyno charts on this but I don't know for sure.
Casper
I'd shorten what you have now.
garysol1
If I may add a picture of my old 955i with a high mount....lordy did it look and sound sexy. Shame to hide that pretty wheel....
oldschoolsdime92
exactly my thoughts on hiding that rear wheel. The stubby pipe i can carry a passenger and use my bags. =) ^ i love the high mount but my bags wont work with it.

oldschoolsdime92
its a factory triumph accessory muffler, I really hate to do that, and it appears that its glued together ,not riveted or screwed.

oldschoolsdime92
spoke to the triumph dealer. no such high mount mid pipe exists for the TOR muffler nor was it offered in a high mount option. Hmm. sounds like square one again. =(
