Maybe like 600+ miles over two days. Getting across the river and doing some interesting roads, staying one night, coming back a different way.

Got my brother coming in around Labor Day. He'll rent a bike for a couple days and was thinking of riding into WV, riding roads down there and staying somewhere there and taking some alternate routes back. Any suggestions for roads to hit in WV? Thanks.

I think gas is cheaper to BURN than coal. Most older coal fired gennies getting shut down due to new regs. Funny thing is, I have read that if you add carbon sequestration costs into the picture, WIND becomes cost competitive.

Wish Ida seen this. I rode Hocking solo today - the old 56-356-278-33 loop. Beautiful out there and roads were pretty much okay.

I'm not an EPA hater but there is truth in this. Without environmental mandates, coal would fuel 90% of the electricity generation with NatGas fueling some spike need generation.

I don't think the percentage is any higher than the general populaton. But since I also think that 2% of the populaton is clinically insane, LEOs are just a part of that. Only they have badges & guns. And people video them when they screw up.I'd like to know if the kid ever got any compensatoin for his scratched up car.

Yep. Or Sargent. Makes a world of difference. It's evidently very difficult for manufacturers of motorcycles to make a seat that is worth much.

The stock seat on that looks like an aftermarket Sargent. Maybe Tokyo Seat is doing a bit better job.
