  1. Was like $60 for 3 sessions after tax. Not cheap but also not terrible for getting your vroom fix once every couple months in the winter.
  2. Gokarts are fun as hell. Was some close racing between Jacob and myself. Need more OR peeps next time for some real fiery competition.
  3. Speaking of, they have a 300lb limit on their karts it seems. I'm just a speck over that right now Oh well, worth a shot anyway.
  4. @jacobhawkins and I are going to go check out the indoor GP Karts on the east side of Columbus tomorrow afternoon (timeframe is loose, let's say between 4-6pm). If anyone wants to meet us over there post up. This isn't organized in any way so don't expect anything fancy.
  5. The track won't hurt your bike any faster than the street unless you've neglected maintenance or have already-failing parts. Touring bikes have an embedded speed/wear reduction tool called limited lean angle anyway, which you fucks hit on the street every time I ride with you.
  6. It's the rolling chicane behind him in the orange jersey.
  7. I thought you'd laud the attempt to dump on Casper in a totally unrelated thread that will survive for at least the next 8 months.
  8. Helmets are tempting, I love my Bell Star.
  9. Sounds about right. Also the SSL cert expired today and google was all kinds of mad every time I tried to come to this site earlier.
  10. That was bait for Justin. Not going to steal his thunder.
  11. @JustinNck1 may not need to take any bags off.
  12. That's not my situation, just saying. There are worthwhile money pits and then there are boats.
  13. Better than a boat sitting at the dock and costing you the same as this build every year to keep afloat.
  14. I'm not small, I had good luck with Joe Rocket fitting. The 2 piece suit I have from them was $400. Or like you said, you could just drop weight and get something nicer... like I'm working on myself
  15. Was a great time last year, will be a great time again in 2018. As a side question - do people prefer doing this later in the season or would we like to aim early/mid season this time around?
  16. Start the thread to get the idea into people's heads then update once they announce dates?
  17. This will help with winter with no real build-related stuff on my calendar for this year. Maybe new fairings for the CBR but that's it.
  18. Patted them and said hi while while walking past to grab an extension cord out of the garage. Yes, I talk to my machines.
  19. I may do a couple twilights this year if I can fit them in.
  20. 5-6 years from now electric vehicles will be a lot more common. I expect 300+ mile range bikes with a very short recharge time (minutes) within the next 10 years. Electric motors lack the go-fast sound but make up for that in go-fast performance.
  21. Yeah water didn't last very long. It's fine though, just brought my own. I don't really care about anything other than the track being ridable and safe. Extras are nice but not necessary.
  22. Looks like the base price for everything went up. Says $210 regular price. Hopefully that's repave money. Anyway, bought 2. Saving $$ for N2/STT tracks this time too
  23. Being able to ride and bullshit with a good group of folks. Happy thankagiving you bunch of criminals.
  24. I don't think I will ever be able to say the good religion has brought to the world outweighs the bad. I wouldn't lose any sleep if the Catholic Church came crashing down tomorrow, sadly something different would just pop up to replace it, and probably worse.
