    Free horse

If you want me to, I'll forward this to my step mom... She's a volunteer for the Lake Farm Parks Light Horse Brigade. I know she couldn't take it, but maybe the organization could... Or someone knows someone, etc. let me know if I should, but it sounds like you've already got some good leads. Besides, mules are naturally superior to horses anyway
  2. I rode to work yesterday and today. Good times.
  3. Aw, they're just riding you like you right that Schwinn 10-Speed.
  4. And you could probably sell that one for profit, also
  5. I got lucky, and my sister set up a lunch I'll get my mom the bluetooth ipad keyboard/case she requested from me about 6 months ago as my gift.
  6. I had a 500 and loved it. That looks like a fine deal.... You won't remember what it costs, only that it's a fun bike that was easy to manage and maintain.
  7. If there is someone behind you, that allows THEM to see the ambulance. If you didn't slow down/pull over, maybe they wouldn't see it, and try and turn left from behind you. Then they'd get T-boned by the ambulance. That only has to be prevented once before it's worth it.
  8. Properly inflated tires are a good thing. Filled 'em up, and went for a short joyride.
  9. I've had a pebble for, oh, a year and a half now, and I'm never going back to non-smartwatch. It's like how before there were smartphones, no one really knew how integral a part of life it would become... And now almost EVERYONE has one. Same thing with smartwatches. It's a handy extension of the phone. It's nice to know who's calling without getting out my phone. It's nice to read text messages with phone in pocket. See my notifications from apps, read emails, etc. Also, when my phone sits on my dash while driving, my watch is a remote. When I ride, I can skip songs. I mean, the thing IS integrated into my life, and it's only a matter of time until smartwatches get cheaper and more people use them... just like smartphones.
  10. I have a pebble and they better not pull support for it... because although I want an Apple Watch, that shit is just too damn expensive.
  11. LOL, heard about it yesterday for the first time while I was bored at work and following clickbait links. The article was on Wal-Marts closing, and whether or not they were going to be used as a secret processing facility for Jade Helm. I think it's far more likely that the Wal-Marts closed because employees were unionising. But I love a good conspiracy theory, too!
  12. Thanks! The other offer was ONOSYS. We're downtown on west 6th st. We make online ordering websites for restaurants. Applebees and Outback are two of our bigger clients. HD offered more money, but I had to pick this one based on the culture... It's VERY laid back, and, um, so'm I But it was a VERY close call... If HD had moved first, I'd be there instead of here, I bet. I still sometimes regret not working for Todd and picking that job, because I think it would've been a FANTASTIC career move. I originally asked you to tell him "hi" for me just so he remembers my name in case... y'know. No reason to close a door that could be left open

  14. Rode mine yesterday. Felt good to make sure she survived winter safely
  15. No wonder you only went three miles! You've got to get off the sidewalk and into the street for REAL mileage
  16. I might list mine, just to see if I can flip 'er for profit.
  17. Welcome back! I'm in Lyndhurst, too, so I'll keep my eyes open for you... I interviewed with that Harley in Valleyview exactly a year ago... Got the job, too, but went with another offer. I'd love to hear how you like it! (If you see Todd, from QA, tell him Josh says "hello!")

    Netflix

I have a PC hooked up to my TV for daily use, but I've taken my chromecast with me to friends & family's house and had no problems with it. Worked great every time. But it won't work at work.... we have some kind of wifi here that won't let it connect. I have no experience with the others, I can just say that my Chromecast has worked great with my iphone or ipad or laptop every time I've used it. Several times I've just grabbed it to go babysitting at my sister's who doesn't have HBO, and was able to stream game of thrones live from my phone It's only $35, too, so +1 for that.
  19. welcome aboard! I live near beachwood mall, too. Maybe I'll see you in the springtime... Can't get here soon enough!
  20. Congrats! I'm praying my wife stays on the fence and never commits to truly wanting one
  21. For a hole the size of a quarter, you don't need to go full-grade contractor. get something like this for the holes if you want it easy: http://www.acehardware.com/product/index.jsp?productId=19878166&KPID=15388579&kpid=15388579&pla=pla_15388579 You take off the cap, which is a spatula-like spreader, and then twist the bottom and it moves the drywall filler up, like a push-pop, or stick deodorant. Smoosh some in the hole. Replace cap, spread with spatula, let dry. Sand. Paint. 70% of good painting is prep work and sanding, only 30% is the real painting.
  22. I got an AR Drone 2.0 for Christmas. 2 cameras built-in, including forward-facing that shoots HD video. Uses my iPhone to control, and shows first-person footage while doing it, and it's awesome. Has 2 hulls that swap for indoor use vs outdoor use, too! Only downsides are 15 minutes battery life and that I don't really have any place big enough to fly it
  23. OOoohhh, XR1200? If I was going to own a Harley, it'd be that one, i think.
