  1. If you have an Android phone buy an elm327 Bluetooth OBDII reader off Amazon for under $15 dollars. Get the Torque Pro app from the play store. That combination not only let's you read fault codes but will let you see almost every parameter reported on the OBD bus in realtime and should cost you under $20 total.
  2. Willing to talk trades for WWI or WWII era weapons.
  3. Looking to sell my backup carry piece. It's a Smith & Wesson 340PD revolver. 1.75 inch barrel, 5 shot, hammerless J-Frame, .357 Magnum with the Scandium airweight frame and titanium cylinder. This has the upgraded green fiber-optic front sight and has had the internals polished. Trigger pull is the full factory weight but it is very smooth and the double action trigger is much more manageable now. Roughly 300rnds through the gun with the vast majority being 38special. Will come with everything in the pics below but here is the short list; 2 Uncle Mike IWB fabric holsters, one RH draw one LH draw. 1 Bianchi Leather IWB holster, RH draw. Crimson Trace full overmold laser grips(red) with extention for an extra finger, currently on the gun and sighted in. The original S&W small panel grips and the locking keys. 2 speed strips 1 full box Hornady 158gr XTP. 1 Box American Eagle 158gr JSP, It's a partial, 40rnds of JSP and the 17 extra Federal rounds(carry loadout) original box, all paperwok and test cartridge. This gun is very light weight. Fully loaded with the 158gr ammo and in the Bianchi holster it only weighs 17 ounces. I'm asking $950, $850 for the entire package. Located in Columbus area. I'm good with Face2Face or dealer transfer.
  4. I would start with getting both vehicles paid off. The remaining money would be dropped on my mortgage as I want to be out of debt. My current paycheck retirement deductions can then be increased as my monthly debt payments decrease.
  5. Three options. In the order from least to most safe. 1. Ignore it until it goes flat. The tube has probably sustained damage and I wouldn't give it better than a 50/50 chance to make it to your next tire change. 2. Pull the tire, patch the tube or replace if it is damaged and patch inside of tire. Ride till next tire change. 3. new tire and new tube.
  6. Why do people have such a hard time with this. My bike has 90hp and I got no problem working this concept out.
  7. Maybe because even they can see how well that's working for us in the White House and they don't want to risk it?
  8. Maybe if a few more hotheads get run over you won't have so many idiots trying to play live action frogger on the racetrack. You don't see motogp riders run around on the track. You wouldn't do it on the highway if you got in a wreck. Why do it on the dirt track. Sucks that it happened but the dude got exactly what he had coming for him for acting like a moron.
  9. Fieldsheer always made such odd looking gear. Even the leather coat I had from them was bad. Well not as bad as that suit but it was getting close.
  10. For a tapered pipe you just layer it thicker as the pipe expands. Mine are tapered megaphone style also. You start your wrap at the small end and you don't overlap very much. As you work your way to the thick end of the pipe you overlap more and more with each pass around the inner core. Think of it like header wrap, a narrow overlap builds up very slow, lots of overlap builds a thicker wrap of matting. Mine are extra special because the pipe even has a kink in it so after you wrap the core you kinda have to thread it back into the outer can. Sorry I don't have any pictures of it when it was apart.
  11. Get glass packing for a motorcross muffler rebuild kit. Iron Pony or any online shop should have the stuff. The stuff I use on my Duc comes in sheet form. You wrap it around the perforated core tube until it builds up a layer that will just barely fit back in the outer can. You want to wrap it snug but not crazy tight, the tighter it is wrapped it could make the pipe louder again.
  12. I picked up a piece of 3/4inch thick steel from a scrap yard. And proceeded to punch hole in it. You can see on a few of the shots they didn't make it out the back side, thats what happens when the plate isn't backed up well enough and the rounds don't quite have enough energy to punch through.
  13. What people should do is photoshop his head onto some naked ladies body and just start sending them around. See how the smuck like the reversed role.
  14. Is there a date and time for this, I'm not finding it.
  15. Oh and forgot the picture to go with the previous comment.
  16. It's certainly not all American, I'm sure some of that is fromunda cheese.
  17. Bushnell Banner model 713948 is about $80 on average or less on sale. I got mine for $65. It's a 3-9x40mm with the multiplex reticle. I run one on my 10/22 and have no problems hitting stuff out to 300 yards with it.
  18. I rode a track day there and have seen the museum at Barber. That place in awesome. http://s267.photobucket.com/user/vf1000ride/library/Barber%202011 over 600 pictures from their vintage festival and inside the museum that I took back in 2011. Edit: don't think that looking at the pictures will spoil things. They have 3-4 times as many bikes as what is on display and they rotate the stock to keep the place fresh.
  19. Dude seriously? I had figured you were talking about the concrete behind your bike where it looks like spongbob is looking at you license plate.
  20. The only thing I notice is the Duc. I was one of the guys that helped build that bike for him.
  21. I have rounds for my .30-06 that will punch up to 3/4 inch of regular steel. I have not tried it but they are rated to punch upwards of 3/8-1/2 inch of armor plate AR500 steel. Most things in normal life are bullet resistant. Bullet proof is a myth.
  22. Shame they don't have a bike class for non-Harley but figures being they sit right next to the Centennial Park Harley it's to be expected.
  23. Did you check to see if it has a fuse? I have fixed "dead" tv's for 10 cents before.
