Sucks to hear about all this Sam. I've had issues like this with several past employers. I was raised to work any job I'm given to the best of my ability, not scantily lull my way through the workdays, giving just enough effort to retain the job. To make myself most valuable. That rumor spreading and gossip at work is a waste of company time. To be on the team, or be gone. So when I see there are coworkers pulling slacker bullshit, it infuriates me that they dont put forth the effort they're capable of. All their lack of initiative does is load the rest of the team with more work. Most days I can fight off the demons in my head and bite my tongue. But when I'm always busting ass and they're not, just grinds my gears. Having issues stifling myself at my current job seeing that my bosses still allow this same shit happen. They simply lean harder on the good workers to take up the slack. This is obviously happening within a non union workplace. Had my bouts with unions back in the 90's at a heavy equipment dealer. Service dept was union, rest of the company wasn't. So, myself and a few others called for a vote. All of a sudden that handful of us were cut "due to downsizing" Majority of the employees had been bought out to vote it down, and management saw fit to rid the company of us initiaters. I hate people talking shit behind my back, but being all sweet to my face. Bring it to me and let's bury it, or get the fuck over yourselves. Anonymously leaving notes shows absolute zero integrity. Fake fucks cant rent a pair to confront the problem head on, so they handle it like kids? I've been warned a time or two about calling people out on their fuckheadedness. Didn't do anything physical, just invited them to the street after work for a meeting.....yeah, nobody came to my meeting I dont love my job, but it is satisfying work and our industry definitely has nowhere to go but up. We've grown 35% in just the last 5 years, way more than management dreamed would happen. I take pride in helping that dream mature into a daily reality and I truly hope you can find a position there, or a new company altogether, that can respect the type of valuable worker you appear to be. AMA Pro, IMSA & NASCAR Team To Launch Live Streaming Site Coverage Compliments Extensive Slate of Television Broadcast Options DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (March 12, 2014) - Motorcycle races at Daytona. Sports cars at Watkins Glen. Modifieds at Langley. For race fans, if they couldn't make it to the track and the event didn't have television coverage, there hasn't been an option to watch all the action. Until now. AMA Pro Racing, IMSA and NASCAR announced today the launch of FansChoice.tv, a ground-breaking collaborative digital platform that will live stream various races not covered by broadcast television, giving fans new opportunities to follow their favorite series. It also will enhance fans viewing experience at the track with the ability to watch multiple cameras on their tablet or mobile device, and access archived broadcasts on demand. The site's first on-track coverage will be AMA Pro Flat Track racing on Thursday from the quarter-mile dirt oval at Daytona International Speedway. Coverage of DAYTONA 200 Week will continue with both AMA Pro Flat Track and AMA Pro Road Racing Divisions on Friday, and will conclude with the 73rd running of Daytona 200 for AMA Pro Road Racing set for Saturday at 1 p.m. FansChoice.tv will be the official home for AMA Pro Road Racing and AMA Pro Flat Track events in 2014. The site also will provide coverage of selected IMSA and NASCAR's touring and weekly series events. Oldschool rode to WV for a hotdog. He sent me the route a couple years ago, but I don't remember exactly where it was......but where ever it was, they must have the best damn hotdogs on the planet for an all day ride there and back

This just reminded me of one thing that boggles me brain pan.....ZX14's ( at least the first gen 06-11 ) are produced with ONE fan on ONE side of the radiator? Connie's have dual fans and with the ZX14 curb weight at 525 wet, it wouldn't exacltly cringe at an added pound or 2 I picked up a couple spare fans over a year ago to add a 2nd one on mine, just never pulled the radiator to mock up a bracket for it. I stay away from town as much as I can though, so engine heat isn't much of an issue for me usually
