warning: its bicycle NOT motorcycle I would have never imagined my first video of group ride would be a bicycle group ride about 4 months ago. Been pestering pauly with questions about bicycling since i was looking to that as an escape from motorcycling. Well i am getting addicted, but i am new to this an still not able to pull those mega milers and inclines like the maniacs (eg pauly) aim is to hopefully be able to do TOSRV by next year. anyways if any of you motorcycling guys thinking of going this direction, dont think any more, just do it This is a short video from SICCO 2016,

Me and jerry will be hopefully be passing through gap during the Thursday june 7, will any of you guys be riding that day in the area. Just was thinking may be take a loop together or at least meet up some where for lunch etc Friday we possibly will be starting to head back or half way home, unfortunately so solid plans yet. When do you guys get together for the camp fire? Is it friday night or thursday night?

I know most people will be involved with family and friends during the long weekend, but just wanted to throw it out there Ride date: Monday 5/30/16 Meet spot: i am planning to leave from canfield Sheetz 4585 Boardman-Canfield Rd, Canfield, OH 44406 ( some decent roads can be taken from right here to get to good ones) Time: planning to leave around 8:00 AM Miles: will like to keep it short ride with just around 200-250 miles and be back home by early afternoon Route: will be trying to touch some good well known routes since dont have enough time to gamble and explore. pace: will be medium fast - will be entertaining enough for fast guys and too dangerous for new riders. Plus extra caution since many cops will be out for the long weekend. Weather: supposed to be excellent with max only 82 and no rain if at all anyone interested plz let me know, we can tweak the meet time and spot if possible to make it easier. Sorry for late post up, just thought some souls might be wondering what to do on an unexpected off day they got as a blessing. Just like me. Nothing better than riding for sure

Just wanted to see if casper could help the epic ride with a sub forum, i was just going through all the old threads from past years and at least 25 to 30 different threads from the last 6 years and about 8 epic rides are there. This included all the planning thread. but i was mainly was looking for the picture and video threads etc. If this could all be in one sub section would have been very nice. As one among the longest running event in the community and more than likely to keep lasting many more years it would be a perfect place to keep memories together and organize better. PS: This was just a thought, if its not worth while and others may not consider my same views and opinion on this matter and thus can be completely ignored good idea / bad idea?

thank you for all the pics and videos guys. It really takes a lot of effort to take time to shoot it then edit it and post up. Its sort of a nagging headache in the back of mind (at least for me) thinking about doing it and then worrying about getting it on here, thanks again It was so nice to meet every one again. Been trying to stay away from forums thinking that would help with the ride addiction and sort of kick it, but i guess this disease has no cure. It was pretty easy to stay away during winter times. But come spring the very first ride pauly posted i started following the thread peripherally and bam i was there for the first ride of the season and then for the epic ride, was following once in a while since the initial date i could not make it, and then fate and rain gods made it possible for the rain date These are sure tell tale signs that i am supposed to keep riding and not trying halfheartedly to quit something. Anyways once again it was very nice to meet all the old friends and meet lot of new faces. Will see you all guys around more. Derek as always very clean and nicely organized. And whaler and family you guys are going beyond the call of duty to make things great. Dave next time you make the trek down from MI i will try my lvl best to meet you and give show you the route i used while coming from michigan to take to make things easier and fun.

Sam try and stick with it. If I am logging in to post after month just for a this, I am that serious Seriously, the long term damage from untreated sleep apnea could pulmonary hypertension and eventually a weak right heart. That is a zone you don't want to end up as its irreversible. Last time I posted about this i was telling you not to get the surgery instead to go get a sleep study done before. Again, some how manage to use it. If needed try smaller mask and eventually really try hard to loose weight which is so far the only way to get off this thing. The thing is you were not that big to start with to fall in sleep apnea territory. So might have to dig deeper a bit before blaming just that. Anyways for now, stick with it as much as you can.

This was probably my last ride for this season. Didnt have any plans and just called Jerry last sunday. He was free and off we went to PA with no specific plans other than to see the kinzua sky walk. We left just kept taking roads including unamed county roads which looked like it was heading east. Roads over in PA are not SEO twisty but scenery is different, speed limit is 45 mostly and this is a good ground to just keep roaming and have a relaxed cruising ride. We took short breaks, lunch break, and photo stops. We seldom do these and this was a nice change of pace an ride was fun. But ended up in sky walk pretty late around 5 i think. This meant any sensible peron should try to head back as early as possible to ride in sunlight mostly. But we decided to take the long way home. And ended up in devils highway (666) after sunset and boy that was a tense but fun ride. All along we had fun riding in picth darkness as this was a tree covered route all along. But riding after sunset the worst thing that can happen is deer. But we were optimistic and kept going until jerry hit a freaking DEER. Wish i had my go pro on at that time. Anyways, Thank god we saw the freaking huge deer standing close to the road. Both of us slowed down immediately and the ABS kicked in. Still the stupid deer ran straight into the middle of the road, saw jerrys bike and tried to turn around. he slipped and hit jerry side to side. Jerry had his wits about him and sort of leaned right into him side by side and was able to maintain balance. Deer ran opposite way, bike stayed upright and we carried on. Next place with light we get off, jerry feels prety good, check the bike no damage at all. Overall a very very lucky encounter. Anyways here are some pics and small little crappy video.

haha for now i will just tell you i am psychic to impress you. I hope its a typo when u said the name, or else its a freaking coincidence We will be in amsterdam by 10:45, will be going through town very slow so u can easily catch up to us. If you want us to stop we can stop also. Great, will be nice to see all the usual suspects one time before the season ends.
