I've got a small Mitsu turbo from a 2.2 Mopar. It spins, but there is a fair amount of damage on the turbine side. It blew vanes all over, and the housing is pretty trashed inside. Compressor side is fine as far as I can tell.

I've already got most of their posters. All the ones in the ads are/were available if you call and ask for them. They are around 8 bucks, good deal in my opinion.

They had an 86 Corolla GT-S, an 89 Cressida with a good motor (7M-GTE for you Supra guys), 5 or 6 Fox bodies, 2 SN95s, and a decent selection of the usual imports. Looks like they turned their inventory within the last few days, most of the cars were pretty intact, even the GM section. BTW that 99 Civic SI is about as stripped out as it is possible to be. Just about EVERYTHING is gone, probably just so somebody could brag about all the Si parts they have on their DX.

Anyone see that thing with the lugnuts at the race in Las Vegas? Apparently, during a pit stop, one of the tire changers couldn't get the wheel to seat properly to the hub. They pulled the wheel back off, and discovered that while the wheel was off, one of the lugnuts from another wheel had bounced onto the stud, and threaded itself in place! That's just so unlikely it scares me....

I'd start with a 90 Dodge Daytona. Yank the stock motor, replace it with a 3.0 DOHC motor from a Stealth R/T. Then mix and match tranny and chassis components between an AWD Caravan automatic and the A543 from the Daytona to produce an AWD platform.

I saw one at Mid-Ohio last year, it was running pure stock and passing a few of the competition built Escorts and equivalents. I dunno, I kinda like them. Maybe it's the different grill/bumper design that makes them look a little harder than the usual ZX2.

I was looking at that 260Z myself. I'm pretty sure it'd need a full motor and tranny rebuild soon. BUT other than one tear on the driver's side door panel, the interior is PERFECT. I've never seen another Z that clean without being restored. And it has some cool over-rider guards on the bumpers too! Very worth it, wish I had the money right now.

U-wrench-it had one a couple weeks back, no idea if it would still be there by now.

I always tip well, but usually because the local place employs young female drivers. BTW if they stiff a driver during weather like this, you should damn well be allowed to refuse to deliver to them in the future.
