  1. sorry it took so long. I looked at them, there are no marks, part numbers, make, brand, etc... anywhere on them.
  2. "My attorney told me not to open the hood, so you do what you gotta do." Dumb-Ass.
  3. $40.00 and they're yours. They're shortys, and i have no idea what brand they are, but i took them off of a small block camaro.
  4. you can call for prices, I don't think they list prices at all on their site. phone is 224-7186
  5. Midwest Fender was bought out by Action Crash Parts, and they were bought out by LKQ Corp. Phone # still works, location is still the same at 70 & Hamilton. 224-7186.
  6. c'mon, help me make room in my garage, huh?!
  7. I've got some kid stuff I need to get rid of cause it's taking up space in my garage. 1) Strollers - Ive got two, one umbrella type, good for keeping in the trunk of the car just in case your little one just can't stand to walk any more. The other one is a little bigger, can sit up or lay back, has a shade, and does fold down. Take them both, $15. 2) Little Bikes - Two 12" bicycles, one boy's one girl's. Boy's bike will need 2 tires and one inner tube and does not have training wheels. I may have them around somewhere, I'll have to check. Girl's bike does have training wheels, and as far as I know, will only need a little air and oil to be ready to ride. Boy bike: $10, Girl bike: $15. 3) Mongoose M-1 BMX 20" - Good shape, some paint damage, but overall nice bike. Its been in storage for several years, but I pumped the tires, and was able to ride it around in front of the house. $45. 4) Girls Mountain Bike - Huffy, 18 speed. Got this for my wife second hand, have since gotten her a better bike, need this one out of my garage. $15. I don't have a digi cam at home, so get a hold of me, and you can come by the house to have a look, I'm in Gahanna. I will deliver this stuff if need be, in or near Gahanna or Worthington. All prices are obo, of course.
  8. Size 215/60R15, had them on my Contour, only took them off because I wanted to have a full matching set, have approximately 50-55% tread life left, they measure out at 5.5-6/32nds of tread depth left. Tires sell new for about $55 each, I'm asking $50 for the pair.
  9. 1983 Chevy Suburban 3/4 ton 2WD. 6.2 Liter Diesel with Banks Turbo. Auto trans (turbo 400), 4.11 rear end, 135k miles. Runs and drives great. Super clean as far as rust goes, but exhibiting some typical GM paint failure. The truck is Blue with silver two tone (see sig pic), and blue bench seat interior. The only thing that i've changed on the truck is to swap the original spaghetti thin wheel for a later model wheel with a smaller diameter and a thicker rim. $1800/obo, willing to consider a trade. I'm in Gahanna, call me at 475-5740 if you wanna have a look.
  10. I've got a 95 Contour SE. I love mine, and have a friend that has had 3 or 4 SVT's. The oil starvation issues are real, but as I recall, there is a fix that can be found on http://www.contour.org. My only issue with my contour is the smallish back seat that plagues all Mondeo chassis cars (Ford Europe's Mondeo, Contour, Mystique, and Jaguar X-type). Mine is a v6 Auto car, and if I can find an SE v6 Manual car with leather when I've got the money, I'll almost certainly jump on it. I bought mine about 4 years ago with 52k on the clock, and I'm getting ready to turn 140k on it now. My only issue in my years of ownership was with the water pump. The 2.5 v6 has a plastic impeller that is only seems to go about 45-60k before it breaks. Otherwise, totally trouble free.
  11. Congrats on the job! I'm glad I could offer an idea that seems to fit you and your schedule! Remember, the key to cleaning a car is to not only clean the stuff that people are definately going to see, but to also clean all the stuff that only you are likely to find. Good luck, and hope it works out for ya!
  12. Sorry I missed you yesterday, I had some stuff come up with my kids... Did you get it back in yet?
  13. Christmas music has been on for a couple of weeks now on one of the stations down low on the dial... 93.something I think. It makes me sad.
  14. Check with any car dealers in the area... My first job (16) was doing new car clean up for a Jeep/Subaru/Kia dealer in VA. Job kinda sucks in the winter (usually end up doing a lot of other misc. stuff when cars aren't selling) but it was a good experience. Pay wasn't too bad either, like $8-8.50/hr. Dealer hours worked out great too since they're open till 9:00 M-F, and 8-7 Saturday. Good luck!
  15. Prayers said... Hope everything goes alright.
