  1. I'm super happy that this car went to good hands that will update Tyler on the condition of the build. Good luck with it!
  2. I work at Iron Pony....You can buy a stand for about $50 bucks foe a cheap one. A good one like a pit bull or LP will cost up words of $100.
  3. yep that's what it sounds like. I was told that they did replace the throw out bearing and friction plate but I don't believe that they did. I'm trying to find a receipt. My dad's friends dealership did the work. My dad won't let me take the car anywhere else, even though they fuck my car up each time it goes in there.
  4. if a dealership did the work and the throw out bearing went bad, do you think they would fix it?
  5. i don't plan on doing anything else crazy to the car. its just got bbk x catted x pipe, flowmaster 40s, bbk cai. i don't think id ever have the car over 300 rwhp.
  6. cost? I've found clutch kits for around 200 bucks. I've heard that it is expensive to install.
  7. I believe the clutch is stock.I had the transmission rebuilt about 5,000 miles ago. They did not replace the clutch. Car has 108,000 on it.
  8. My 98 mustang GT is making noise while the clutch pedal is out, but goes away after i push the pedal in. I'm assuming that it means the throw out bearing is bad. Anyone have an idea as to how much it will cost to replace? Should i replace the clutch while I'm at it?
  9. i just went for a ride today! it was the perfect temp, my old bike ran great, can't wait for more good weather.
  10. I put some fog lights on my Jeep TJ last year and have since moved the location of the on/off switch. I have been trying to wire them to turn off with the running lights. Can any one draw me a wiring diagram? Or would someone like to make a few bucks for a "professional" wiring job?Oh ya there is a relay of some sorts too. thanks! Please keep in mind i don't know much about wiring and would like to learn if anyone has some tips or a good how-to book.
  11. if you do go to a dealership looking for a quad for him, do not mention his age. if they know your kids age is under the limit to ride it they can be fined 100,000 bucks by the gov. no joke!
  12. i saw this guy pull into the middle of Westerville Rd and Morse Rd and peel out, sounded gay and lame!
  13. ill be there tomorrow. im getting off work at 3 to come. i can use the trailer when ever. i and help you move your dads bike when you find a place for it. ill see you tomorrow.
  14. After reading this post i not only feel so much for one of my few close friend's loss, but also for the brotherhood this forum has that i sit here typing this in tears. I feel for everyone hardships and losses. My thoughts to all. Derek
  15. it would be good measure to at least tear it down and clean it out. i wouldn't worry about checking bearings or anything if it ran well.
  16. i know that you were hoping to hear that you got a good deal, but i wouldn't put any money in to it because those Chinese things are prone to breaking and are a pain in the a$$ to fix. parts don't line up and are hard to get.
  17. check online for a vin checker and it can tell you if its hot or not. might not be worth the trouble. i just bought a different frame and swapped the title over.
  18. not really unless you have mods like cams or a larger bore to support. im sure you could gain a little power but not enough to "need" them. you would be better off with a port job or dyno tuning it.
  19. man that could be used for a core exchange!!
  20. you'll never use another glass cleaner. its amazing. gave my mom a can and that's all she uses in the house too.
  21. do you know if the grill will fit a 03 f150? i think it should.
