Yup you're right I found it. I hadn't read slowly enough through the bottom part. Stupid job trying to make me work and all. This doesn't read out of the norm though., "© Any exhibition of speed or acceleration that is inconsistent with the normal operation of a vehicle on a public road, street, or highway." That's the type of phrasing I thought has always been used. I'll have to read and see if there's something else I'm missing. The part I find a little too vague is the section on nitrous. I'm not sure, "use nitrous oxide in a motor vehicle that the person operates on a public road, street, or highway in this state." is defined well enough. What does "use" mean in this case? Actual use of the nitrous or merely installing it?
