My bike is on stands waiting for the weekend. Borrowing Kevypoo's pop's trailer this round and loading that up Friday. Rains to get just in case, and gas up. Did the usual pre-season clean and prep this last week. Stoked to run rain or shine, and still probably slow as shit, lol.

It can't be any worse than the midget can I had on mine originally. Ask Kev about hearing that thing in his face coming out of the carousel at Nelson.

I may be a Devils' fan, but I am genuinely thrilled for the fun the Blue Jackets and the CBus fans are having. And this series with Pittsburgh has been incredibly entertaining. Hoping the Jackets make it to the Cup Finals and win it! And anytime you can end the season of a team from Pittsburgh, I am all for it!

And I use them for interwebz delivery as I refuse to do business with Time Warner.

Windstream is who I am forced to use for DSL. It is expensive I think for what I get ($79 after taxes for 12 Mb) but I have had only one outage in 10+ years of service. Their customer service is excellent, though again I haven't had to use them often. But with DSL comes the ebb and flow of speed. Depending on his needs YMMV. As a telecommuter for IT often, I would appreciate a faster product.

I am in for a Saturday track day shakedown, then the 600s and mini 20. And since my birthday is the 3rd, I will be up for some Saturday evening debauchery.

For the love of Christ just don't get an HP. And you might luck out on some Win8 machines as they have an option to downgrade to Win7. But I can tell you from test driving a machine with 8.1 that you can make a couple settings alterations and get it to function closer to 7 than metro mode.

When I was a FL resident and made the annual trip to Daytona for Bike Week, it was just as much fun for me to see the Friday night Grand National race as it was the 200. Me and about 20 friends would all stand along the top section of the south grandstands and bet on the heats and then the final. Saw some great racing! Would wander the pits and see the families there all doing their racing thing. One of the reasons I enjoy my little bit of racing now with my family in tow. Flat track is a blast, and I might try and take this in! Thanks for the link!
