I can tell you that when you are behind one its pretty obvious if you could go under one or not. Like I said. I swear you could drive a small truck under some of them. Considering that looked like a highway or 2 lanes each direction, there would be no reason for him to switch lanes until turning at which point they basically need to come to a complete stop and then cut across traffic when nothing is coming.
