TURBOED
95% I thought it was technically illegal to pass on the right of a car when on a multi-lane highway.
dakotart
95% I thought it was technically illegal to pass on the right of a car when on a multi-lane highway. Thats the question (#8) that I missed as I thought the same thing. (illegal, but do it all the time)
NOPR
100! (yay). i must admit though i read what you guys said about passing on the right first, otherwise that may have thrown me.
Clifford Automotive
Passing on the right I never understood. If you have to pass on the right why is the fast lane on the left.
kenny
Passing on the right I never understood. If you have to pass on the right why is the fast lane on the left. Because people are too retarded to get out of the fast lane when someone behind them is going faster.

99FLHRCI
95% but, #8 is wrong according to the Ohio Revised Code 4511.27 Overtaking and passing of vehicles proceeding in the same direction. (A) The following rules govern the overtaking and passing of vehicles or trackless trolleys proceeding in the same direction: (1) The operator of a vehicle or trackless trolley overtaking another vehicle or trackless trolley proceeding in the same direction shall, except as provided in division (A)(3) of this section, signal to the vehicle or trackless trolley to be overtaken, shall pass to the left thereof at a safe distance, and shall not again drive to the right side of the roadway until safely clear of the overtaken vehicle or trackless trolley. (A)(3) Doesn't seem to affect the side you pass on. (3) The operator of a vehicle or trackless trolley overtaking and passing another vehicle or trackless trolley proceeding in the same direction on a divided highway as defined in section 4511.35 of the Revised Code, a limited access highway as defined in section 5511.02 of the Revised Code, or a highway with four or more traffic lanes, is not required to signal audibly to the vehicle or trackless trolley being overtaken and passed. large_x7
I feel like most people in Ohio would have gotten #14 wrong: 14. When you are merging onto the freeway, you should be driving: A. At or near the same speed as the traffic on the freeway B. 5 to 10 miles per hour slower than the traffic on the freeway C. The posted speed limit for traffic on the freeway EDIT: Oh yeah, 95% (I got #14 right)

Guest tbutera2112
the freeway one was kinda messed up....in drivers ed they said to never speed...but according to this test, if traffic is doing 90 then we are supposed to do 90 also? that doesnt seem right at all
cptn janks
IMO its safer to be going 90 with everyone else than it is to try to merge into 90 mph traffic 35 or 40 MPH slower than everyone else.
Guest tbutera2112
of course its safer...i just meant that its kind of a bad question, because according to the test if traffic is going 90 you should also be going 90....but if you get pulled over and say you were keeping up with traffic the cop is not going to care and he will write you a ticket when all you did is follow the rules of the driving test...
