The whole gallery is here: http://img190.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=dsc01745w.jpg

We bought a forclosed home, and just moved in a couple of weeks ago. We had to do a lot of work, and sink some cash into it, but well worth the effort. Still a lot more work to do, but has come along enough that I can at least take some pictures as several people have been requesting from me.

Below are a few highlight pictures. 3200+ sq/ft (not including the unfinished basement). The basement was finished when built, but the last owner must have had the sump pump fail, and just tore all the carpet and drywall out, and kept the insurance money - that was sure nice of him.

2 acres, 2.5 car garage, 3 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half baths. Situatated in a neighborhood that consists of 1-2 acre lots, and is in a cul-de-sac. We love it! 2-story ceilings in the foyer and living room. Vaulted ceiling in the office, and raised ceiling in the 1st floor master. 9' ceilings everywhere else on the first floor...finally a house my tall ass doesn't feel so tall in. :)

That round thing in front is supposed to be a fountain - it will be again, one day

Property extends all the way back to the far tree line. I am in the process of removing that stupid fence.

Needs more garage.

It will in a couple of years...we want to build a shop that matches the house behind the house.

The current garage isn't bad...double deep on one side, and though we haven't tried it yet, looks like there will be enough room for the boat, Audi, and my Formula. Will have to pull the Audi out to work on the Formula, but enough space to do what we need to.

Looks very nice man. Glad it all worked out. Nice to see the economic climate is working out for ya! Hopefully more folks know how to swing things like this in their favor.

Now just schedule a meeting with Erik and landscape that land :)

Holy crap that is a sweet fucking house. Your TV looks way too small, time for a projector.

There will NEVER be a projector in that room. When we finish the basement, I will do a projector down there. We want to replace the 50" with a 65-72" DLP...but money is bit tight right now.

Gonna need a bigger mower!

I just bought that one, got it on the cheap...54" deck. Hopefully I can upgrade to a Zero Turn in a year or two.

i would guess you have a shit ton of money from the looks of that. enjoy, as i foreclose.

Nope; my wife and I make a decent living, but shit ton is not even close.

Sweet house Joe and love that attached garage. You need a bigger shed to get the 4 wheelers and mower out of the garage. :)

I should hopefully have two, maybe all 3 if I can manage it, in the shed this week. A little more work to do around it and it should be ready. I at least want the quads in there.
