What's your favorite (interesing) cocktail?

Something basic, maybe old school, but not so basic like a martini or rum and coke.

 

I've had a few muels lately and really liked them. But we are going down to a cabin in Hocking Hill this weekend and taking ingredients for a cocktail and the wife doesn't like vodka.

You can never go wrong with top shelf long islands. That is my go to for a good time whenever I have an extra $100+ to blow on a few bottles of liquor. Sometimes just for fun Ill add a little crown royal to really make it taste like shit and fuck people up. I like to make long islands a gallon at a time and see what happens afterwards.

I love anything with ginger beer. Rye & ginger, dark n stormy, light n stormy. all good drinks.

 

The Jury Room downtown has an awesome drink called Jury Juice. Rum, lime juice, 7up.

worcestershire sauce

few shakes of tobasco sauce

small bit of horseradish

lemon juice

celerey seed

fresh ground pepper

spoon full of green olive juice

3 whole olives on a toothpick

My recipe for my pumpkin chai latte was featured in 614 mag- nice and easy drinking cold weather martini

1oz Voyant Chai liqueur

.5oz vanilla vodka

.5oz half and half

Add ingredients to shaker- shake and strain-

Add sprinkle of nutmeg

Tastes like pumkin latte from starbucks.... With a kick.
