Newark Walmart has a bunch of .45 (yes, cheap Tulammo) in their case for $15 / 50...

By far the cheapest I've grabbed in a while. Also had $15 9mm and even had some 22.

Edit: Just to have this at the top.

Pretty good sight to follow for ammo deals

Does anyone know of a website that doesn't charge a lot for shipping? Some online stores i've seen has the same price for the ammo as big box stores with plenty in stock but the shipping is too much. Some places charge $15 shipping to ship 1 50rd box.

Sportsman Guild, they email just about everyday for free shipping codes. Their pricing isn't that bad on things either. They have a membership program that was posted about last year, and pretty well liked by most. I let mine expire, but I did save a lot of money with it.

You need to order large quantities of ammo online to make it worth while. Shipping has to be either UPS or FedEx so the minimum is going to be around that $15 mark.

http://www.sgammo.com/ has very reasonable shipping.

FYI, have been following ammo pricing and availability and have been seeing Midway USA with ammo available for "backorders" to be placed. Pay attention to the expected date for it to be in. They are taking back orders, with expected dates of availability at the END OF OCTOBER!!!!!

WTF? One more dumb thing they do to make me not do business with them.

Brand? Steel or brass?

I just picked up a couple 1,000 round boxes of Herter's steel case from Cabelas website, broke down to $80 per 250 rounds after tax and shipping.

I saw these all brass.

Federal 223 55gr FMJ 100 pack

American Eagle 223 55GR FMJ 20rd

Winchester white box 5.56 55gr FMJ 20rd

Independence 5.56 55gr FMJ 20rd

No 9mm or 22LR. There was one box of Federal 45acp.

they always had 9mm in stock every time i am there. It isn't hard to find 9mm at 15 dollar a box anymore.

This is why I post 9mm. Yes, it's out there. But not everyplace has it, or a decent price on it.

I have placed a few orders for .22 bricks from places that are allowing backorder on good pricing, $31 per 500 or less. I have 3 orders out there right now ranging from Feb-April for filling the order. One just emailed bumping me to May. I don't mind the wait, so much as I'm hoping for some accuracy in the in stock delivery. Just an FYI for CR. I'll keep you posted.

If anybody would like me to buy some .22 for them to just pay me back when you get it I don't have a problem. I'm getting it for around 13/225 or 25/550 packs at the local walmarts. I've got enough stocked up that I would be willing to buy some on one of my usual trips for someone here if they expressed interest and were serious. I'm in Bexley so pretty centrally located.
