nurkvinny
Newark Walmart has a bunch of .45 (yes, cheap Tulammo) in their case for $15 / 50... By far the cheapest I've grabbed in a while. Also had $15 9mm and even had some 22. Edit: Just to have this at the top. Pretty good sight to follow for ammo deals http://www.gunbot.net/ammo/rimfire/22lr/ http://www.slickguns.com/category/ammohttp://www.wikiarms.com/ http://www.wikiarms.com/http://www.wikiarms.com/ Edited January 8, 2014 by Mojoe Sorry to jack your post/thread Vince. Good start point though.
spankis
Good info. As for the .22 though, the Canal Winchester wally world sometimes has .22 Thunderbolt as well, but they only sell it as boxes of 50, and enforce their 3 box limit, so I quit even checking. Dharris89
The Walmart in Marysville had 50 ct boxes of Federal 22lr for 2.49 and 100 rd boxes of Minimags for 7.99. I see 9mm and 45 pretty often. 22 finally seems to be trickling back in.
Dharris89
Still a bit pricey but if anyone needs 22... The shipping quote was about 15 so it really bumps the price up. http://www.slickguns.com/product/fed...5rd-can-1899-

Diamonds
locally, I believe gunenvy has the cheapest prices in town. I check slickguns.com daily for deals as well!
Mojoe
When they have bulk in it's great. I was getting my 9mm from them for 12.99, limit 200 rounds.

Mojoe
That's not one I have followed. I think any place that is going to gather pricing and consolidate it is worth watching. Adding to the list.
1fast5gp
Gander Moutain get their shipments in wednesdays. Cabelas gets ammo shipments 3xs a week. If you call every day when they open, there is a good chance you can pick up some .22lr.
87GT
Does anyone know of a website that doesn't charge a lot for shipping? Some online stores i've seen has the same price for the ammo as big box stores with plenty in stock but the shipping is too much. Some places charge $15 shipping to ship 1 50rd box. Mojoe
Sportsman Guild, they email just about everyday for free shipping codes. Their pricing isn't that bad on things either. They have a membership program that was posted about last year, and pretty well liked by most. I let mine expire, but I did save a lot of money with it. Mojoe
Funny, Sportsmansguild popped this up just now. It's back ordered, but letting you order. Charged when it's in stock, and free shipping. I renewed my membership and ordered 1500 rounds. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/500-rounds-fiocchi-40-grain-22lr-copper-plated-special-purpose-ammo.aspx?a=789095&CJ=1&cjaffilid=4084797&cjaffsite=Slickguns+Inc&cjadv=CJTSGUSA&cjadvid=1522857&utm_source=Slickguns+Inc&utm_medium=CJ&utm_campaign=Redirect-Enabled+Deep+Link#500+rounds+Fiocchi%26reg%3B+40+-+grain+.22LR+Copper+-+plated+Special+Purpose+Ammo%0A
jjjxlr8
Does anyone know of a website that doesn't charge a lot for shipping? Some online stores i've seen has the same price for the ammo as big box stores with plenty in stock but the shipping is too much. Some places charge $15 shipping to ship 1 50rd box. You need to order large quantities of ammo online to make it worth while. Shipping has to be either UPS or FedEx so the minimum is going to be around that $15 mark. http://www.sgammo.com/ has very reasonable shipping. Mojoe
FYI, have been following ammo pricing and availability and have been seeing Midway USA with ammo available for "backorders" to be placed. Pay attention to the expected date for it to be in. They are taking back orders, with expected dates of availability at the END OF OCTOBER!!!!! WTF? One more dumb thing they do to make me not do business with them.

stangsn95gt
Anyone seeing 6.8 spc for under a $1/rd i cleaned out cabelas last month when there Remington 115gr umc was on sale for $16/20 but they haven't gotten any in since. Im thinking they were just trying to eliminate the stock and no longer stock it.
87GT
Brand? Steel or brass? I just picked up a couple 1,000 round boxes of Herter's steel case from Cabelas website, broke down to $80 per 250 rounds after tax and shipping. I saw these all brass. Federal 223 55gr FMJ 100 pack American Eagle 223 55GR FMJ 20rd Winchester white box 5.56 55gr FMJ 20rd Independence 5.56 55gr FMJ 20rd No 9mm or 22LR. There was one box of Federal 45acp. Mojoe
I have placed a few orders for .22 bricks from places that are allowing backorder on good pricing, $31 per 500 or less. I have 3 orders out there right now ranging from Feb-April for filling the order. One just emailed bumping me to May. I don't mind the wait, so much as I'm hoping for some accuracy in the in stock delivery. Just an FYI for CR. I'll keep you posted.
stangsn95gt
Cabelas had a few 100 boxes of blazer brass 9mm this morning and it was dead in there they may last awhile
Bam
If anybody would like me to buy some .22 for them to just pay me back when you get it I don't have a problem. I'm getting it for around 13/225 or 25/550 packs at the local walmarts. I've got enough stocked up that I would be willing to buy some on one of my usual trips for someone here if they expressed interest and were serious. I'm in Bexley so pretty centrally located. OneRunnin72SST
http://www.slickguns.com/product/cci-rimfire-ammunition-mini-mags-849 You can order more than one you just need to do it with multiple transactions. Not terrible with free in store pick up. Erik
