I have to say that I'm expecting the the situation with North Korea to get much worse. The "stronger" sanctions against North Korea that were just unanimously approved by the UN (including China and Russia), aren't going to have much impact. I tend to agree with Putin's statement, "...North Koreans would rather "eat grass" than suspend a nuclear weapons program..." I would have a major problem with someone passing me like that. I'd probably have to talk it out with them. The only time I've passed strangers in the same lane is when I get behind large group of Harleys on a curvy road. I have no problem weaving through their rolling road block.

There are very few cruisers I think are fun to ride. I won't ride anything with feet way forward, or any goofy handle bars. And I don't buy the "torque is more important than HP nonsense." I've had a couple 3rd Gen Magnas that weren't too bad. The VRSCR is mostly a better bike than the Magna. It's kinda of a mashup...cruiser, with a sport naked riding position, and sport bike power. The motor is really good, kind of reminds me of the Buell 1125R motor. You can lean it way over, but you kind of need to because of the long wheelbase. It's an interesting package that mostly works. I'm still learning how to make it go through corners quickly.

So, I dealt with the mechanical issues. Had a dealer replace the steering head bearings, and I cleaned/rebuilt the front brakes. Now it runs and rides like new. I also put a "quiet" baffle in the V&H exhaust as it was a little loud for my tastes. It's definitely the most fun HD I've ever ridden. It seems strange carry that much lean angle on a cruiser without scraping hard parts.

I've been through so many pocket 380s. Nearly all of them except the Kimber and Sig. They gotta go if I can't trust them 100%. I have an early 1st gen S&W BG380 that has been flawless & and a Glock 42 (actually my 2nd one, didn't trust the 1st one). Also had a Kahr P380 that was 100% reliable, but that trigger just seems to light for pocket carry.

Anyone know a place in Ohio where I can shoot 300+ yards? 500 would be great. I'm not lucky enough to have access to suitable property.

A pocket pistol needs to be 100% reliable. I'd save your money/time and just send it in. Seems like the Solo, micro 9 and 380 can be prone to teething issues. The very similar Sig 238 doesn't seem to have such issues.

Which model? I know some are notoriously picky about ammo.

I've ridden plenty of Harleys and actually own one now. Balanced is not a word I've ever considered when describing a Harley. Especially when riding back to back with something Japanese or European. The engineering is in a different league. My 06 street rod is probably the most nimble Harley ever built. It weighs about the same as my VFR, but feels about 200 lbs heavier.

I could have done this for you for free. Takes 15 minutes get the cylinder to line up with your key. And fuck Givi.

What don't you like about the Vortex? I learned to shoot distance with peep sights, so any optic seems pretty good to me...lol

Well I just got a nice deal on almost exactly what I was going to build...except the barrel isn't stainless. It came with an Anderson .223 Wylde heavy fluted barrel. Should be good for 1 moa. Now for optics.
