Big difference between saying you will do it and actually doing it.

Before I would ever attempt, I would want to see the actual sprayer in advance and push my bike under.

Not sure how fast one of those can change lanes.

Max speed on those things is about 20mph. I can tell you that when you are behind one its pretty obvious if you could go under one or not. Like I said. I swear you could drive a small truck under some of them.

Considering that looked like a highway or 2 lanes each direction, there would be no reason for him to switch lanes until turning at which point they basically need to come to a complete stop and then cut across traffic when nothing is coming.
