  1. "it'll do a 2:03 around Mid-Ohio" I lost it, hahaha xD
  2. My guess is they will not radically change the overall design of the Challenger in terms of looks... perhaps an extended hood? Longer body? dunno... Only thing we really know for sure is that it will have over 707 HP and be AWD. Knowing that, it should just "look" like the Challenger currently does. They could use a turbine engine to power this thing with AWD... they have done the turbine thing once before

    Torrents

One thing I can tell you that is important to torrenting is Seeders vs. Leechers Seeds or seeders are people that are sending out the data that you want. Think of these people as the "givers" of the information you are looking for. These people may have the entire thing you are downloading or little pieces of the file you want. These people are very good to have in high numbers on a torrent because that means that the information you want is plentiful and the odds that someone is seeding their information on a fast connection is good. One of the most important things when selecting a torrent is to find one with more seeders than leechers. Leechers are people who are downloading the file at any given time. Leechers can also be seeders depending on how much information has been seeded to them. Generally speaking, Leechers slow down the swarm if there are to many of them which can lead to slower and slower download speeds of the torrent. All websites with torrent files have a counter on the file which will tell you the last reported number of Seeders/Leechers... try avoiding high numbers of Leechers for better results. I currenly use uTorrent and a number of different websites for files. TBP is always a good place to start, though one word of caution. Be careful when downloading a "HOT" movie the week it comes out. Normally companies who own that content can monitor a torrent's swarm and find your IP address to complain to your ISP about you. In my many years of torrenting I have only received warnings from my ISP twice for downloading COD:4 when it came out and a lord of the rings movie. I am not trying to say that everything you download will get you in trouble... but just be smart about what you download. Also, read the comments on a Torrent if there are any. See if the majority of people are saying that its safe to download. You would hate to download a file that is 4GB and full of viruses or nasty ass animal porn... unless you're into that stuff... then you would hit the jackpot i guess :/
  5. Keep it... You never know when you will need to watch every episode of The Office on Netflix.
  6. We will see how the Jackets handle the loss... My hope is that they can learn from it and shake it off. They looked REALLY tired out there against Washington. Anyone going to Saturdays game?
  7. Watching the game tonight got me like...
  8. 1 Hour before the games at the ticket office the doors on the far left which are labeled "Huntington Green Seats" are actually used for "CBJ College Rush Tickets". I have seen them accept ANY and ALL Student I.D. as long as you say that you are indeed a student or continuing education. They don't ask people for a transcript or anything so as long as you look like the person in the picture you should be good  $15 a Ticket for upper bowl $25 per lower bowl Depending on the person you get, they can wheel and deal on the location if you ask for shoot twice or a certain section. My guess would be that they would accept this as long as you said that you were doing some form of educational study at Ohio State if questioned. I have seen them ask people general questions, but the only rule to get the deal at home games is to HAVE the collage I.D. with YOUR name on it Other then that, anything goes as far as I can tell. If it helps, I use my CCAD I.D. for continuing education which lacks my picture and they accept it, haha. Here is the link to the official CBJ page on the deal. https://www.nhl.com/bluejackets/tickets/rush
  9. Always keep your College I.D. in handy. I'v been paying $25 for lower bowl for a long time. Most of the time we're between rows H and P if I ask at the window to be closer. $50 date night is always a good deal!
  10. These would be my recommendations. All of these I owned at some point and they all have pros/cons. I miss my Samsung Levels the most, but I currently use a Steelseries Siberia 800 for music, movies, and gaming. Klipsch Status: Link Pros: Good quality, includes many adapters in the box, removable 3.5mm jack, iPhone 3.5mm jack with controls included. Cons: Build quality is a bit shit. snapped these in two twice with little force, but Klipsch replaced them with no questions. Audiotecnica M50x: Link Pros: Amazing sound quality, removable 3.5mm jack, foldable Cons: a bit pricy, but worth it Samsung Level: Link Pros: Good sound quality for wireless headphones, touch controls on the side work great Cons: I got WAAAAAAY shorter battery then then advertized 15 hours... These things would die within 6-8 hours of use.
  11. sad but true I have an 08-09 team signed jersey when they first made the playoffs and I thought it would be worth something so I had it framed for $97... After it was appraised at three collector shops, the highest anyone would pay for it in 2013 was $150... so it rests on my wall now, haha. I have always wondered what my 02-03 team signed jersey was worth... but IDGAF right now, I just wear it occasionally to games. The jackets are literally a joy to watch right now. After watching them in the past few years I honestly thought that Torts would not last in Columbus and we would be mediocre again this year again...GOOD GOD am I happy to be wrong. The team smiles so much and gives a fuck out there on the ice. The effort has really turned around and I feel general pride for the first time in a long time to be a jackets fan. People have often said in past years "next year guys, next year" not this year... LETS GO JACKETS!!!
  12. well, I have built two people iRacing setups this past year and the most difficult part of the build was getting the wheel, pedals, and stick. Your best bet is to camp out ebay for a reputable seller if you want to go the logitech route. On one of the builds I did we were able to find a good deal on a G27 with stick for a good price. The reason the prices are so high is because the racing sim market exploded in Asia and Japan and people are buying them like hotcakes over there to make their own rigs. Best of luck with your build man. I have had the privilege of playing iRacing with an Oculus Rift and HOLY SMOKES is it awesome! Also, I can confirm that you will not find screaming 12 year old kids on iRacing... way to expensive for them... they are all playing Forza on XBox Live.
  13. I still play this game on my phone when im on the shitter. I'v been playing Wow since the Alpha in 2010 and I still love it. the game is VERY addicting when you add Mods to it. ^_^ This guy had his house blown up by TNT.... Clearly..... I got a book on Christmas morning... and I don't read books. :-) I celebrate Christmas with my family tomorrow so I am hoping to get other stuff at home.
  14. The Note 5 goes for $350-$400 on Amazon... Just pop in your SIM card and enjoy. Link (Black) Link (White) I love my Note 5... it can be a bit of a battery hog at times, but I have that "mostly" under control now by limiting background applications and uninstalling all of the facebook shit.
  15. So much cringe... Watch till the end for the big wreck.

    Windows 10

I love Google Docs, but there are quite a few things that only Office can do for me. I would happily pay the $80 with my student email to secure 4 years of happiness. I just think the whole idea of PAYING per month for Office is crazy. Back in my day, once you purchased software... it just fucking worked!

    Windows 10

I have always been an early adopter of new versions of Windows. As far back as I can remember, I had a Windows 98 CD before they were released to the general public. My Dad has always worked at a High School so educators tended to get things early. The weirdest version of Windows has got to be Windows RT for the original Surface RT. Clunky and unable to run native EXE files, it was only useful for watching videos, listening to music, and typing a paper or two. Around this time, Windows 8 was hitting the scene and Microsoft was banking that "touch" interfaces would be the future. Windows 8 was actually not "that" bad once you understood where Microsoft was coming from. I want to stop for a moment and say that I am not trying to defend the pile of crap that was Windows 8/8.1, but what I will say is that if you had a decent system and were willing to play Microsoft's game then things were very enjoyable. Windows 10 is what Windows 8 should have been in the first place. The problem with "touch" enabled desktops and laptops is that we don't have touch screens widely available at a cheep enough price to purchase and take advantage of the "touch" features Windows offers. Many OEMs are beginning to offer decent systems with touch screens, but honestly I am yet to see the advantage over a touch screen over a keyboard and mouse. The experience you have with a device widely depends on HOW you plan on using it and how the operating system works for you to accomplish what you are tying to do. For example, take a Macbook and look at how the operating system works for you. there is no touch input in OSX, so the designers don't have to worry about it. Instead, they give you the best trackpad and keyboard on the planet so that you can give inputs to the device gracefully and fast. Windows 8/10 is a completely different story with its touch features. Because Windows currently offers TWO modes of input, the interface seems confusing to many people because the designers had to plan for users to use two different methods of input. I have gotten used to it over time and my Surface Pro 4 feels very intuitive to me the more I use it. I honestly think all this hate for Windows over the past few years could have been resolved with better explanation from Microsoft and better OEM support. But, I honestly think many were not ready for the drastic changes they made. At any rate, I tell most people these days to get Windows 10 Professional and do the following. Turn off Cortana (She is worthless and spies on what you do) Enable BitLocker (Hard Drive Encryption) Add your email to the Windows Mail App (fast, easy, get notifications) Add your Windows Live Account, but don't use it to sign in. This will connect your apps to Windows Live but will let you keep your local login Buy Office 365. it's ~$6 a month and comes with 1TB of cloud storage space. If you have a .edu email address you can buy a 4 year subscription for $80 Use the notification center. it can be very helpful Any additional questions? feel free to ask. I really love Windows 10 and I am more then happy to help with tips and tricks.

Not if you upgrade from Windows 7. Believe it or not, most Microsoft applications carry over from version to version. I once saw a video of a guy who used a VM to upgrade through every version of Windows and when he got to Windows 7 it still had things like reversi and DOS Shell. Here is the video for fun:
  19. How far below the surface can you go? Can we begin the dig? or... Make it look like this Clay! http://sofapedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/modern-garage-design-ideas.jpg
  20. No worries, We have been looking to get rid of the van for a while to get a truck. Best of luck with the sale
  21. that little HP laptop will do the trick for a while. Aside from internet browsing and listening to music things will be fine. HAVING SAID THAT! I would not recommend installing anything like Photoshop or any photo editing tools because the little thing will not be able to handle it. The hard drive in that little thing is basically an SD card, so don't expect crazy fast transfer speeds. once again... for simple tasks and everyday life it will be perfect, just don't do anything crazy on it and you will be happy.
  22. Would you possibly consider a trade? We have a 2002 Chrysler T/C LXi that we are trying to trade for a truck just like this one. 140k miles. Almost no rust. brand new tires. Only bad things about it are that it needs new breaks and the blowers for the AC/Heat are always on full blast. The Transmission was replaced at 80,000 miles. Let me know if you are interested.
  23. My lawnmower and I welcome you to CR
