I still have to settle for 4.7mbps DSL. we can't get fioptics where I live. 12 min drive from downtown cincinnati. my mom lives in a rural county in strunk kentucky and they have fiber optic internet at 100mbps. cincinnati really is 10 years in the past on EVERYTHING.
