Chicken breast, injected with stubbs Texas butter, along with onions , red,yellow, and green peppers, and sweet taters.> pics to come!! Bad324 Posted August 31, 2012 Report Share Posted August 31, 2012 welp having a big cookout on Monday for mine and the gf fam so I'm firing up both smokers!Doing 4 racks of ribs, a chuck roast for some shredded beef and probably a pork shoulder or 2 for pulled pork. Figured if I fired them both up might as well fill em with as much meat as possible for take home for the fam and extras for the freezer!
